Hi guys,
I got one line updated on my ecas status that "we sent u a correspondence on Aug 28,2015 regarding the decision on your application" but we haven't received anything on Aug 28,2015 I mean no email nothing. What does it mean. Is that normal? Does anyone have the same experience.Do they sent anything by post too? Please reply.

Oh my god, it might be your PPR, Aug 28th is friday, that's y u did n't get PPR mail, today u will get it. May be on friday they updated ECAS but forgot/no time to send u a mail.

Hi Sharma,

What acknowledge receipt is that.
If we observe excel sheet, some got PPR even after medicals expiry (in case of medical validity extention) and few got re-medical, so we have to wait, we can not predict aything.

they have written we sent u correspondence of acknowledgement receipt regarding ur application on dec 23 2014 What that mean ? Now 4 lines in total added AR ,MR , in process date and one more correspondence acknowledgment receipt date which are same 23rd DEC

I hope so it should be same. My medical has already expired in July,2015 and I haven't received any re- madical request so far. So I am worried did I miss their remadical request or I didn't get any email which might they send us.

Check your spam/junk mail folder too. When my sponsorship was approved from Canada, I got same status online and didn't get any email. After waiting for one week, I called their call centre and they told me to check spam/junk folders. And I found their email there.

Hope for the good Aashima, they are extending medical validity up to 3 months (as per some senior member's input). Did u applied for notes.

Now they changed their style of updating ecas, which we are observing since few days, if I am not wrong, all of our ecas will be updated with that 4th line soon.
Any way they are working on our files, we will hear something in either few days or few weeks.
I pray god that how bulky they updated our ecas to In-process, in same pattern we all get our PPRs.

Don't worry you will get it may be today or tomorrow. Good luck
