NEW DELHI - 2014 APPLICANTS

Hi everybody

I'm new to his group. My husband is in Canada and we applied for sponsorship on March 5, 2015.
I have two queries...

(1)we got AOR and SA...and day before yesterday an email saying that documents are received in New Delhi Office.
Is this what is called AOR-2 ?? If so, after this what is the next thing they do?

(2)I'm in Abu Dhabi now, on vacation with my parents. Is this a problem, i mean is it permissible to travel out of india during this application processing period??

I think ....you have to submit PCC from any foreign country that you had visited BEFORE your application or have visited while your application in process.

m sep applicant nothing yet....hopefully they will start sep applications this week....

I think they must have started Sep files. One 27th Aug applicant got ADR request 10 days back, so they must have started Sep by now. Actually we dont have enough Sep applicants, the first one is the 10th Sep applicant and most of them are not active in the forum, so it is going to be very difficult for us to know as to what date files NDVO is working.

Also, the visa shows the issuance date of visa as 1st week of May !
N have time until July to enter Canada.

Since I my parents were in UAE while I was studying in India, I had traveled to and fro atleast 10 times between 2002 and 2008..(i used to come to UAE during vacation and study holidays)
I submitted my PCC both from UAE & India along with all documents.

The thing is currently am on holiday with parents. I hope I dont have to submit additional proofs because of this. I wont be staying here in UAE for more than 6 months.

I had a query before I submitted my passport... about my husband becoming a Canadian citizen during the spousal application process... where in we had mentioned his Indian passport no. while applying for my visa and now that he is holding a Canadian passport, which passport no. was I to mention in the form (to be submitted alongwith the passport)
What I did and Worked.... 8) Mentioned the Canadian passport no. in the form. And attached a covering letter stating his Indian passport no., the date when he became a Canadian citizen and his Canadian passport no...

Also, I would honestly encourage people to take TRV...if it's taking a lot of time otherwise. Coz even if you are in Canada and you get a mail asking for your passport, you could submit it in Ottawa. It was mentioned in my Passport Request Letter..

"If you and all the accompanying dependents on your application are currently in Canada and plan to be in Canada for at least three months, you may submit your passport(s) to the Case Processing Centre – Ottawa (“CPC-O”). You are required to send your passport(s) together along with a copy of this letter by mail or courier to the following address."

I have not gone through the previous posts...so not sure if this post of mine is repetitive.. Hope this helps!

I am on TRV and right now I am in canada for more than 6 months. My medicals and PCC are expired in this month and they may ask for re medicals. so, can I send my re-medicals , PCC from Canada and also if I get PPR can I submit it in Ottawa.

Any help in this regard is highly appreciated.

I m silent reader of this forum since so long. I have noticed that there are so many members who are not active here. So forum is not giving proper idea of NDVO's workings. I think that assumtion will not work. We just need to pray. Only that we can do. Petition is also not working u guess.
