There is no reason....NDVO has no procedure that they follow.....it depends on them what they will do with your file.

I never used to believe it but Honestly, It is a game of LUCK!

I dunno when will the July applicants get lucky......
Its becoming very very frustrating.
When we applied the timelines were that almost everyone got their visa's in 6 - 8 months.
Now suddenly they increase the timelines.
I guess they are busy collecting money in Express Entry as its a time bound process.

NDVO has a Facebook page > Canada in India (High Commission of Canada)............They keep giving all kinds of rubbish updates regdn how they matter relationships, business updates, etc.....Its a very very active page......All of us should start commenting on the page > we should not vent our frustration, we start by being logical and ask how much more patience one shud have...atleast everyone knows d plight of all of us

after 5 to 10 days my e cast shows that my statues is decesion made and its been 9 month till now same decesion made please can anyone help mee that what is the next stape and how long it may take?

Yes. It is really frustrating to see no updates since past 3 months. NDVO has been working on July applicants since January and they have moved just upto 16th July. The fact is that they are not answerable to anybody, there seems to be no pressure on them to clear files. They are taking a hefty fee to do their work at their leisure. They say family reunification is their priority, but they are more concerned about express entry, where they promise to give PR in 6 months, while we wait for 16 months. Ridiculous.

I had that mind setup that if you've been asked for additional docs then their is no chance of interview. But now that thinking has also gone after seeing the interview for recent applicant.




Anyways if they are following 16 months then AUGUST, oh my god its too much.....!

i need u r advice recently i received my notes in which first officer comments marriage is genuine recommend for interview wavier n then next officer notes interview required and PA has not submit his birth certificate. so friends what u suggest me should i send my birth certificate or not to high commission.

No idea at all this is like torturing........ Take all our money and making us waiting for a long time without any reason....... We are fools who are being manipulated by these assholes.......... I m too much frustrated by this bloody process of sponsorship.......... NDVO you are one of the worst visa office I have ever seen.......... And cic say family reunification is our primery mission........

Guys sort of a miracle happened today... 8) I received an email requesting my passport...


Actually, the email had come yesterday at 4pm. Earlier, I had been into lot of misery as I was badly waiting for it and was checking the ECAS and email all the time. Nothing I gained. Last weekend, I pledged not to check either...And there u go, unpredictable happened. Sometimes i feel we should ignore our routine, forget what we want also! thats wen u get blessed!

Happy for today...At last our distance is coming to an end!
