You need use the last name of the sponsor and sponsor's DOB.

Don't use application number and uci number written on the letters it will only work for your husband because it's your husband's file so they won't work you... it doesn't work for me either you would have a different UCI number are you pr or citizen?

my husband is PR, yeah i knw i hv different uci and file num, bt i was entering my full name nd status shows nothing ,now m using only my surname and its works
