Hey everyone just got the passport request today, so excited but husband isn't sure if he should go directly to vfs office in Delhi or chd, any ideas

My wife submitted in Jalandhar VFS office so whichever is close to your husband's town is fine.

yeah fizza attached hotel bill, pics, even facebook relationship.. these things matters allot. affidavit from your parents and your partner parents...... you will be fine...

Yeah Anuaru, I did attached the Hotel bills, pictures of wedding showing all the family members were present. I am also going back to India on Month end to be with my husband for wedding anniversary.

I will send NDVO the information of my second visit with pictures. Hope this will help!

Can anybody plz suggest me If I will received PPR anytime soon.

U hold a similar timeline with most of us preetinderbedi..Keep us posted if anything changes..hope things will change soon..

Sure Man I will keep the forum posted of the update. Please let me know if my wife needs to be in canada during the time the application is processed or she can keep on staying in India and it does not have a difference ??
Also, please let me know that if I have travelled for business purpose for a period of 1 or 2 months, will this factor delay processing the application or it does not matter??

Sponsorship Approval from CIC: August 11, 2014
File Transfer to NDVO : August 27, 2014
Additional documents requested : November 11, 2014
In process: December 23, 2014

I don't know if they call from same number to everyone but anything you get from 011 which is Delhi code then be careful it can be them lol
You will have 30 days from the email to submit the passport and entering Canada will depend on you medical expiry date so maybe you will have to be in Canada before May 2015 if you get PPR request before that.

Thanks dear for your response. I will ensure that I pick all calls with 011 code from the day my file is in process. I hope they will only call after my file is inprocess.
