Hello kickb my husbands PCC was submitted at the beginning when application was filed in Nov/13. He had his interview Jan/15 and was asked by VO afterwards to resubmit both PCC and medicals as they both had expired. He was given passport back as this is required for the PCC and submitted everything back to embassy with updated information.

hiiii amana dey submit my passport after interview bt ask for for new pcc bt i did'nt get any email from dem yet wt u think dey will ask for pcc or not??

My husbands passport was with embassy since Nov 2013 because we submitted everything right up front as was told by our consultant. When he had his interview he was told at that time to resubmit medical and email would be sent for this request. As far as pcc he was just told to resubmit new one nothing about an email would be sent for this request and nor was one ever sent for pcc. She gave back his passport after interview because police would need it to give new pcc. So you can find out getting new pcc without passport I'm not sure if they issue it like that :

Did you order notes during the process? If so, in the criminality section where pcc shows expired it also says validity what does that section say?

Avneet,

You need to have passport to get new pcc as they will stamp on the passport. I believe you have one when you took your first pcc.

when was your first pcc issued? in the criminality section of you gcms, what is the validity date if it is passed?

My one shows pcc expired on apr 28, 2015 but criminality is valid till nov, 2016. Hope they wont ask the pcc again

Hi kickb I did order notes a while back but they were just general from my side as I am the sponsor so I couldn't see what was done on my husband's side. It wasn't until interview that VO asked to resubmit pcc. I think based on the info from your notes you should be alright. I go through my MP for updates and progress on our file as she is quick to respond so I would recommend you try that route as your file is well beyond the normal processing time.

yesss he asked for my passport nd he said ur pcc is expire we'll tell u later

If they took your passport then to me it seems they might not ask for pcc again hopefully that is the case
