July 2013 applicant still waiting for sponsor interview ... Totally fracutate...

i applied in july 2013

this is totally insane,,,u didnt get any interview letter yet?im also july 2013 applicants ,,interview was faced before 1 and half month ago but still they are not sending re- medical request,,dont know what they are doing////////

I have applied since October 2013 and my spouse had an interview on February 2015 which says that spouse has clear/pass the interview and same time submitted the passport. Also, new medical is submitted in February 2015 but still my application status is "In Process". Any idea what can I do for the next step? Do you think lawyer can help in this situation? I am frustrated and I appreciate your expert help please.

Im tired of this too we had interview 5 months ago still not sure whats going on. Do an mp enquiry and see what he says lawyer wont do anything i have hired lawyer all he tells me is we have to wait

My lawyer did an enquiry and we get reply they said they are doing background checks. Anyone have any idea how long background check takes?? I had interview 8 months ago and still waiting.

Raavi , same is the case with our file. Background checks going on . this has been the answer at every MP inquiry, case specific inquiry that we have done since our file went into process in sept 2014.....god knows what type and how they do the background checks.

My interview was in sept 2014 as well. They asked for re-medicals and we sent it and it's in process since sept 2014. So many inquiries and still waiting. It's very frustrating I can totally understand what you guys are going thru. Pain of living without life partner is unbearable

I start an online petition on change.org regarding slow processing at NVDO.
Minimum required signature is 100.
Once I get minimum signature I am planning to approach Immigration minister for a response.

i gave my interview before 1 and half month it was good,,and they said we ll send u a remedical request but till now i didnt get it,,im july 2013 applicant

honestly we all are in same situation.we all got stuck in background checks I am also waiting for last August it's almost close to 10 months now last month thay want again police clearance from India and again we submit that now again they said wait for 2 to 3 months more then we will tell you something.reAlly now I am waiting for something miracle happens otherwise I don't trust on cic they just want to destroy our life
