We got refused , we want to appeal any one knws how to do tgt and how long it takes and how much it costs

sory to heard that wht issue they made... the cost is different its deepened on ur lawyer its hearing is take upto 6 monts (normally they will clear) did they said to u about reaction letter its u have to get that as fast u can.. because they r slow.. my friend wait 1 month after we did mp letter then they send after 40 days...so if u get that fast then u can appeal fast..

this is not 2013 applicants topic anymore this look like a background check I am also in the same boat almost six months passed still they are doing background check this is very very long wait for us

So they do background check after re-medical? which was done on October 2014.
