Dear Friends,

Could you please give me an advice, My wife is sponsoring me and we sent our application on 20-Sept-2012 and it arrived in New Delhi on 30-Oct-2012 since that time its under process I have done my second medical on, 25-Oct-2014, still they did not request my passport for visa issuance, when we get in touch our MP in Toronto he said they are started your application's last review, its not clear when they will request for passport.

That may not apply to everyone coz, my eligibility section has a due date of 3rd Sept which is long gone and the status reads PASSED.
however for security they were more clever to not give a due date..now how do you explain their consistency?!!

Well I would say - for those criminality has been completed with the rest- and below the notes if it says RFV and has a due date on the eligibility- which is forthcoming- could be an indicator that the VISA could be issued by then.

Okay, mine reads RFV on Re-meds but the due date on Eligibility/Criminality was 3rd Sept..there are no due dates for a later period and i confirm this from my notes.

Okay, mine reads RFV on Re-meds but the due date on Eligibility/Criminality was 3rd Sept..there are no due dates for a later period and i confirm this from my notes.

Then there is something missing on your file waiting to get updated- I have been tracking Due date on the eligibility- and checking at the same time with MPP- according to what I have been advised and the due date on the eligibility- there have been movements on my file.

Till date, I have ordered 5 sets of notes and reviewed them line by line. And as far as due dates are concerned they never met the BFD.
This is why I am saying, its impossible to draw any consistency on their processes as each case is handled by a different officer and they have completely diff styles of operation. Through this forum we get an idea on how other applicants are progressing and give ourselves only a faint hope on our cases.
You file is probably handled by a more efficient officer

On recent notes i received on 4th december,though eligibility states not started,i can see some activity written,and due date as 6th dec 2014,also when i applied for notes in august,security and criminality remained not started and same is the case this time.but i dont understand as due date for these two were 03 jan 2014 which they have mentioned this time.Medicals ,they had updated as passed,expired,and that was on 26 oct 2014.No remedical request yet.
Cant really understand whats happening there. :
