Has NDVO forgotten about my file?? Its approaching 16 months soon.
And almost 2months since IP...as much as I feel happy for all those lucky ones on getting their DM's & VISAS, I am beginning to get frustrated more..

I understand your pain budd... I got my Dm after Ip after 3 months and few more days so hang on.. Your visa is on its way... I suppose they will clear all the leftover 2013 applicants in Nov for sure.. Keep the faith

Done MP enquiry and again received nonsense reply...

file is in progress..they said the person who take information about ur file will b go mad if u guys done enquiries again n again. ..
so In short DON'T BOTHER US...

kanjar na hon tan...dil kar riha aaj saria gaalan kadh dava ehna duffers nu...achaar pa rahe ne file da..uffff so angry about dere behavior...

Hey just saw your msg. Yes I have an update. I was waiting for remed request and on 29th oct I saw my status changed to dm. It made me worry the whole time cos it's dm without Medicals..... But to my surprise on 30th I got an email from ndvo requesting for passport. They have extended my Medicals for another year from the date of interview. God is great!

do u know this,,,NDVO sharing data with other country's,,,,(r they cheeking other country's with our record or they satisfies with PCC)

thanks for the reply but i have another query the email u got from ndvo does it say that your medical has been extended.

They mentioned in the email that visa has been issued and it's valid till 4th sept 2015. The visa validity depends on the validity of Medicals. There is another applicant who had interview on 8th sept and is still waiting for remeds. I read somewhere in the forum that vos can extend medical validity within 3 months of its expiry. If you Medicals expired less than 3 months ago then chances are there that your meds might also be extended

Heh don't worry.... I'm sure u will get your dm within this month- let's say few more days looking at current pattern...many sept and October 2013 are getting DMs since past two weeks

my husband has interview end of this month and can you plz help me how to prepare for his interview, they asked me for possible phone interview. I am not sure why? do i need to go with him? what is your experience and would you or any body can share,plz?

Thanks Jasmine. I have been a silent member on the forum, I do check all the updates. So happy for you though, I am yet to see a case on the forum that got a Med extension like yours. All the best!
This really goes to show NDVO's inconsistency in dealing with applicants and how they cherry pick applications.I really wish they had a more organized approach which would certainly ease out the angst and frustrations "real-people" go through..
