Done MP enquiry and again received nonsense reply...

file is in progress..they said the person who take information about ur file will b go mad if u guys done enquiries again n again. ..
so In short DON'T BOTHER US...

Hey dear, I really wish that you get your visa asap.. atleast ek sardard khtm ho.. Just be strong.. Your visa is on its way.. Mp's give the same ans all the time so do not pay attention to them..

Hey everyone! Just wanted to share the good news.. I finally got my OMG moment! DM a couple of days ago Now its just a matter of waiting for the passport. I am so unbelievably thankful for all of your support. I have not been the most active member of this forum but any time I had a question or just needed to rant someone was there. THANK U THANK U THANK U, I really don't know what I would have done without the support from u guys

Just wanted to inquire if any one got rejected their PR anytime or got any additional testes recommended after RE-MEDICALS?
Are there any chances of rejecting based on medicals?

Yes one can be rejected if VO feels applicant is threat to the safety of Canadians or burden to the economy in health matters. If initial reports does not allow them to make decision they may ask additional tests. it is not general situation but if someone gets in that situation then it is difficult one to resolve it.

I know you have a baby and you applied for its Citizenship Certificate and Passport. So have I, we both had our babies after applying for PR. I got my babies 2 yr limited validity canadian passport last week and they are still processing the citizenship certificate. Did your baby get his passport?

yes I got my babys passport. ..I apply after received citizenship certificate (which we received in just 4 months)...so with this proof his passport valid for 5 years. ..

That's great to know. Do you think this has anything to do us with us being in in process for these many weeks. I've been in in process since Aug 10.

I m in process since 4th July. ...no I don't think so this hs anything to us...its just in my files delay. ..nothing else

only medical problem they are concerned is TB and AIDS even that if you have any of those they will ask you to fix it....
As long as you are not contagious (which relates to public health) you will be fine.You should get medical treatment for it but you don't have to worry about immigration. As a spouse, they can not refuse you even if you have something that is costly. They can if you have something that is dangerous to the public...
