I got my PP with Visa on 22th Oct. 2014 and visa valid till 28th Feb. 2015

Due to job matter and family marriage (1st week of feb. 2015 ) currently I can't go / land to Canada. But planning to go on 15th Feb. 2015.

I will land BEFORE my Visa expire. BUT GOING AT END SIDE OF VISA EXPIRES DAYS WILL IT CREATE ANY PROBLEMS? OR ANY ISSUE?

Mostly plan to go around 16th Feb. 2015....but at end side dates will create any problem?


Please let me know...so that I can able to make decision....Any replies will high appreciate!!!!!

Hi There, as far as u ll enter in canada before your visa expire, there won't be any problem. PR visa stamp is only valid for 1st entery then u ll receive PR card so don't worry... Just make sure you enter in canada before ur visa expire.. Try to enter few days before it get expire.
I got DM in my ecase, how long it ll tk to receive my passport as my wife's due date in 10 days n wanna be with her at time of our baby born.

normal (your husband will get a receipt for payment of medical examination fees)...not sure if the visa officers who receive the report are mentally normal

They only send the report to NDVO. Please follow with the clinic and ensure they sent the report to them. Sometimes report reaches after 10 days. Best of luck. Systems and procedures are NORMAL. But we deal with abnormal guys.

Well it depends that how far you live from national capital ..
But if they dispatch it same day then normal time is 5 to 10 days if you live out of NCR..
Anyway congrats and wish you good luck

Hi,
I have a tricky situation -
I am a 2014 applicant and have received my MR and RPRF a week back... now i need to travel to US for 3 months , what if I get a Passport request in between ? I see varying times for requesting passport after MR and also the varying time for return of passport from NDVO.

Any suggestions on what should be followed?
