I would think you can just send them copies of those and birth certificate (notarized if it's not in Egnlish), also please check with RKSandhu cause I think she went to through this process.

even I also send them lots of CSE's but they didn't reply any of them...
even in sept I received notes and criminality and security not started...so don't know things completed or not...

but as ur notes things are positives...
what about u..you are going back USA or not...?
if ur passport is with you then y not u go for urself for remedical...

Yes one travel history, but have got a PCC for it. does travel history really delay the process and why?? please tell me if anyone knows thanks

PCC only determines criminality. They do background checks for security reasons. If you have travel history to the countries like Middle East, Africa etc. which are affected with terrorism, home war etc. OR even some developed countries like NZ, Kuwait where getting PCC or Security Checks are time consuming process, they may take several months to determine your admissibility. I'm also the victim of NZ travel history and they are taking ages to get PCC/Background Checks from NZ.

I'm 17 jan ,2014 applicant. IP since 12th sep n did mp inquiry but not proper respond. Also medical expiring soon. Any suggestion???pls help me out what to do next. Very upset with the process

when ur medical expires. .? bcoz u are in IP and on ur medical behalf u got ur DM...

ur medical already expired...so it means they will send u remedical request...
but can't fully sure bcoz sometime medical validity date is more then which we think...so daily check ur email whether any remedical letter arrived or not..

I am the sponsor (Canadian citizen) my baby was born on May 24th and I informed them regarding the birth of the child. I sent them the birth certificate of the child. Today after email I received I emailed them copy of Birth Certificate and proof of Citizenship.

dats gud...yeah this is the whole procedure I used for my baby...
in feb we send his birth certificate to inform them I give birth...after so many months in July when I received remedical request they along send a letter regarding my son..in which they said dat ur child already a citizen so apply his certificate. ..but we already had his certificate at dat time period. ..so when I send remedical receipt as well as I send my sons certificate's photocopy to inform them we already received it...
so after dat in aug they send req for photos nothing else. ..

so I think apart from email you courier them ur baby's certificate and also include a cover letter in which u mention dat ur baby's procedure is complete.he is ready to go just delay from ur wifes side..also asked ur MP to find out whts going on..

this NZ travel history delay many cases...but don't worry just few days more then ur travel history also will b completed ..
I think u should ask ur MP...done one time MP enquiry then lets c whts the delay. ..

this checks didn't take time. ..just PCC lost lots of time. .like we see in SidhuBTI's case..his NZ PCC delay whole thing...so when we didn't submit anything on time then dese duffers torture us for so many months. ..
so if u submit ur pcc on time then I don't think so it will take time. ..
yeah dere is lots of negative things but every case is different and VO who handles ur case also are different. ..

and when u courier then certificate also include this email copy and according to this explain ur situation. ..

Sorry, I made an error its expiring in November not in october

then keep ur phone all the time wid u maybe u will received any call regarding fly before ur medical expires. ..
so u still hv lots of time then hv faith..things sure chnge before ur medical expires. ..
