I am so frustrated... application shows in process since sept 18 , 2014..but no updates yet...no request for remedical nothing. Can I go ahead and tell my husband to do the re medical anyways and send it?

nothing is going to happen without that. When will they touch our file... ???

but next month my 15 months will b completed so they hv no choice and sure issuemy visa in coming weeks. ..I m bit positive about it... ;D

●did u do MP enquiry. .if no then do it..
●you apply ur own behalf or held a lawyer..?
●you ever apply notes or not..?
I suggest u to send emails to dese morons about ur remedical. .

I have done MP inquiry..they said they will ask for re medical and finger prints..but nothing done about it yet. I emailed them also and as expected from NVDO no reply ... Whats the point of applying for notes..i guess it will tell me the same that the mp told me ...
Thanks for yr suggestions though and i just wish and pray that this diwali actually does get some light into all our lives and our visas are done soon

Is there any other way we can contact them or ask them about the remedical . I am trying to think but nothing comes to mind....its the most frustrating process with no accountability... april 2014 applicants getting visas this is ridiculous.

Yes, that was me. we knew our medicals expired, so we did remeds before getting any request from ND.

No big deal. just go to the physician and tell them you want to do the medicals as yours expired.. they ll ask for passport and UCI number which you will have from your initial acknowledgement letter. But if your passport is with NDVO, i think you have to wait for their letter. In our case, passport was with us. they did not ask for it.

Can you tell,
1. if this category is going to close after the launch of Express Entry?
2. is the PR application for spouse is separate from main applicant?
3. is spouse always put as dependent in principal applicant's application?

i know this feel but as someone suggested in the forum try doing the re-medicals and mail to NDVO with a letter stating ur situation and also mail MP to do a case enquiry..

I know NDVO is so unpredictable...i hope you hear from them soon and also remember in couple of months u will be with ur spouse for life..stay positive..
