it seems NDVO doesn't need to do background checks anymore, all of a sudden DMs and passports within days.
I am happy I got my passport today, but I still don't like the way they are working, its still abusing the system.
week back they were giving 15 months deadline to us and when we sent emails to Minister, MPs and all, instantly they issued the visas.
and one more thing is confirmed "Background checks" are a made up term, could be done in a day, could be done in a year
I wish they start doing a fair process because people are suffering for no reason. Forcefully separating families could never be justified in the world.
We had spent years together before this Spouse visa application, how about people who did arrange marriage and spent just few weeks together and got separated for year and longer, for sure this torture effects the bonding and is the major reason for so many divorces in canada.
