Good Morning everyone!

My husband received his visa in the mail at 1am Vancouver time!! I am totally shocked at the efficiency of Immigration getting his passport back to him... After a 2 year journey he is finally booking his tickets home!!!

Hello all lovely ppl out there.....
Today in the afternoon my husband got his passport with shiny visa....
on cloud 9 right nw.....Thank you very much my Lord....
thank you all for all your help.....
may god shower all his blessings on 2013 ppl still awaiting visa and unite them with their families asap....

it seems NDVO doesn't need to do background checks anymore, all of a sudden DMs and passports within days.
I am happy I got my passport today, but I still don't like the way they are working, its still abusing the system.
week back they were giving 15 months deadline to us and when we sent emails to Minister, MPs and all, instantly they issued the visas.

and one more thing is confirmed "Background checks" are a made up term, could be done in a day, could be done in a year

I wish they start doing a fair process because people are suffering for no reason. Forcefully separating families could never be justified in the world.
We had spent years together before this Spouse visa application, how about people who did arrange marriage and spent just few weeks together and got separated for year and longer, for sure this torture effects the bonding and is the major reason for so many divorces in canada.
May God bless Immigration minister with some wisdom.

Regarding rk Sandhu I believe every member in this forum wd be celebrating the day she gets her not so shiny visa(like she says)..there are few ppl in this world who are genuine and she is one of those gem of a person..

Re-medicals done on Oct 9th and results sent by medical centere on 10th.!!!
