my husband already did mp enquiry 5times from june2014 we r getting same ans doing BACKGROUND CHECK... now m fed up with ths backgrd check.. Without any travel history this much long bkgrd chk.. I really dnt understand what r dey dng

Sorry to hear that but trust me I can totally understand what you are going through. This is the worst phase of my life. Did you apply for GCMS notes? If not then please do- you will get more information. I am waiting to hear back from mp

Guys please dont sit quite, mail them, its out right to ask them why they are delaying our process, if we all sit quite and wait for our turn things get more delay. They should know that we are well awared of what they are doing and we have right to ask them about our file. Maximum to maximum what will happen they wouldn't respond but atleast out of 10 mails if they read mail of even 3-4 they obviously they discuss with their colleagues. In a humble way ask them why they are delaying our files when they received medical result. You can talk about your sufferings because of this delay.

Guys this is the only way to speed up or push up this dead process. Mail them from your registered id and ask them about the status with no offensive word and all of us should write a common subject line something like "Remedical Applicant".

Writing to canadian MPs isnt going to resolve anything ... they do not entertain us till we are in that country . We need to write to our country people coz our paperwork is in india . The indian Gov needs to look into it and push the NDVO to do smthing abt the backlog.

Can u all suggest heat all documents do I need to carry along ? Whih iell help to process immigration

If you'll agree to this can we please figure out who in india we can write to and start bombarding that person... coz the canadian MPS will say the file is not at our end so why bother india is taking its time for XYZ reasons.

our identity and post forum link with so that he
can also read what we r going thru.. What do u

finally i got reply from ndvo after 2mnths. I receive this email 45min ago :- This is in response to your recent email enquiry
to the Immigration Section of the High
Commission of Canada in New Delhi. This Family Class application was received by our
office after being forwarded by Case Processing
Centre Mississauga. This application is currently
pending initial review, after which we will
contact the applicant directly to advise the
outcome of the review and any next steps. We are striving to make our processing of Family
Class applications as efficient as possible. We
continue to meet our commitment to a service
standard of one year to finalization for at least
80% of cases for sponsored spouses, partners,
and children. Processing times are calculated from the date the application is approved by Case
Processing Centre Mississauga, after which it is
sent to the visa office for further processing. For
individual cases, actual processing times may
vary depending on the complexity of the
application and the number of new applications received by the visa office.

dese morons send u this genetic answer and on the other hand my useless MP send me this answer in June. ...so don't think too much on it...its dere way to say us DON'T BOTHER US...
