finally i got reply from ndvo after 2mnths. I receive this email 45min ago :- This is in response to your recent email enquiry
to the Immigration Section of the High
Commission of Canada in New Delhi. This Family Class application was received by our
office after being forwarded by Case Processing
Centre Mississauga. This application is currently
pending initial review, after which we will
contact the applicant directly to advise the
outcome of the review and any next steps. We are striving to make our processing of Family
Class applications as efficient as possible. We
continue to meet our commitment to a service
standard of one year to finalization for at least
80% of cases for sponsored spouses, partners,
and children. Processing times are calculated from the date the application is approved by Case
Processing Centre Mississauga, after which it is
sent to the visa office for further processing. For
individual cases, actual processing times may
vary depending on the complexity of the
application and the number of new applications received by the visa office.

wtf pending initial review. After an year this is what you got ? Insane NDVO and issuing visa's to march and april 2014 . What kind of a working procedure is that ? i feel for you buddy.all the best . hope you hear soon

visit the link . Find MP for your area by entering pin code of your area in canada . You can contact them via mail or if your spouse is in canada , you can fix an appointment over the phone .

wtf pending initial review. After an year this is what you got ? Insane NDVO and issuing visa's to march and april 2014 . What kind of a working procedure is that ? i feel for you buddy.all the best . hope you hear soon

PLZ TELL ME ONE THING AS U ALL ARE TALKING ABOUT NDVO SKIP OUR FILES COZ OUR MEDICALS HAD EXPIRED AND THEY STARTED 2014 APPLICANTS JUST TO COMPLETE THEIR TARGET OF 80PRCENT CASES... when will they come back to us and what about us those are stil in App. Rece. when will we get remedical request?????????? coz we can't even think about visa without remedical.....

Sorry to hear that but trust me I can totally understand what you are going through. This is the worst phase of my life. Did you apply for GCMS notes? If not then please do- you will get more information. I am waiting to hear back from mp

Guys please dont sit quite, mail them, its out right to ask them why they are delaying our process, if we all sit quite and wait for our turn things get more delay. They should know that we are well awared of what they are doing and we have right to ask them about our file. Maximum to maximum what will happen they wouldn't respond but atleast out of 10 mails if they read mail of even 3-4 they obviously they discuss with their colleagues. In a humble way ask them why they are delaying our files when they received medical result. You can talk about your sufferings because of this delay.

Guys this is the only way to speed up or push up this dead process. Mail them from your registered id and ask them about the status with no offensive word and all of us should write a common subject line something like "Remedical Applicant".
