its ur 15th month so hope for the best in coming weeks u will also received letter. ..
second mrrg is not a red flag but yes its a if second marrg held few days after first one is solved..and VO didn't understand ur case and asked u few questions just for formality and give u ur visa but the thing is this thing waste lots of months. ..
but don't worry u are the only July applicant without any update so ur gud news come soon. ..never loose hope ohk

thnks rksandhu for the quick response,,actually she divorced on end of 2012 and we got married 0n feb 2013 when she arrived from canada and she stayed 1 month to home country and my medical also expired on march 2014

yeah they did mention d deadline...n we submitted d docs before that....but not sure if they reopened on or qfter that deadline.....which was Sept. mid.... no change in status too.....waiting......got gcms which states interview recommended but heard nothin afterwards......hoping soon

Hubby did Mp inquiry again and we were told the same answer by Delhi ppl, you know that your file is awaiting further review by the officer.. but he gave one extra information that my police checks re done and look good, nothing else.. When hubby asked him why are April 2014 people getting visas and we are still stuck being Sep 2013 applicants and it can be acceptable if we had an interview or red flags and since our status has already been changed to IP by them then it is obvious that ours is a straightfoward case..s o why so much delay and why treating people in an unfair way, he did not have any answer to this.. all he said was Sir police checks seem good, its just the last part left and within some time we should hear sumthin

nobody can understand how they work in ndvo if you have travel history then it may take some time otherwise no reason to delay your application its totly unfair even my wife cozen working for cic Mississauga but she never help us they are very very rude

I know this might not help you a lot, but here is what I believe causing the delay. BTW I posted this prediction about six weeks ago, and the way NDVO is working make it seems very accurate.

More than 80% of 2013 applications have been processed, and if you look at CIC spreadsheet, they report time they took to complete first 20%, 40%, 60% and 80% cases.
They never report time they took for 90% or 100% cases in their spreadsheets. This means that they don't have to answer to anyone for last 20% of the cases, so they take their own sweet time processing those files. Unfortunately we are the remaining 20%

Why 2014 is faster? Cuz they haven't reached the 80% mark.

well said. They see based on the whole population. Whereas when we see based on Monthly we observe Sep, Oct, Nov Dec months are below their target. Now the next year has come old cases are to be disposed for their perfomance lest they may have answer some political bosses, so pending cases will see their light.
