Just got a call from NDVO ...
she was confirming my date of birth and mailing address for sending documents...After that i asked her when i will get my passport back? she replied that m doing this call for the same.

So when i will get my passport? Have any idea guys?

Yah yesterday i got DM...and today got a call from them so m relaxed now finally...lets c when will i get my passport with visa...

The last bit of good news from the NDVO! My wife got her pp back with shiny visa! Thank you thank you thank you very much to each and every member of this forum for listening to my rants about NDVO!! you are also a ADR applicant. ..so now its a gud news for you that after so many months finally they started working on ADR cases...
so just wait for few days you will also received remedical request soon. ..
I know its so tough to explain everyone dat whts d delay...just ignore all of it

now the process is 15 months so dats y they delayed everything. ..

SORRY for delay in replying ,i got my spouse re-medical request on 19th September ,all went good by gods grace and today the status also change to IP and re-medical received, good to see change in status after an year.

I would like to thank both you and (WAITING TO EXHALE) and every member who support each other even if we are strangers. but common factor brought us together ,I request all the member to keep this good attitude even after landing to Canada also ,the reason I am saying this most of people got so greedy and selfish and heartless behind earning $$$$,we can't change people ,but at least we can set a better example for future generation.)JAI HIND

it means now dese morons completely out of dere mind...
I think the junior vo decide to give u ur visa but last moment senior vo take lots of time in ur file didn't decide ur case nd in the last ur medical expires and now they changed ecas for the final Time and send remedical request. ..

thank u guys for ur qik respond,,,,i applied GCMS and i got reply on 30 june 2014,,its mentioned interviewed recommended but still NDVO didnt send any date im 26 july 2013 applicants ,,,there is a red flag ie my wife second marriage,,any idea how long it takes to send me interviewed date by them and any one who faces same problem as mine pls suggest me

In my absence there is a argument happened between 2013 and 2014 forum members. ..
it is just upsetting to see everyone fights wid other members...

For 2013 forum First was the strike and now this (no updates for last few months). increasing timeline to 15 months. ..already passed birthdays,, anniversaries...so they are frustrated for last long time but they know there turn will b come soon but when they started working on 2014 files this is hurt people badly. ..

but I don't understand one thing.. all of us are mature persons doing jobs,, living vid in-laws,,compromise lots of things after marriege so why not this one...what if this forum never created and we never know whts going on vid our files. ..why not everyone see on the brighter side...

for 2014 forum its not dere fault dat dese morons started working on dere files. .but the thing is dese applicants medical still valid and if unfortunately expires then I think its a long procedure for a VO. ..so thats y they didn't waste time and issue visas..

Depression not only affects you, it affects everyone around you. I believe keeping positive will help make dreams come true and help everyone around you too!so I request you all 2013 applicants have some more pateince guys...if we already pass 13 months then few months more...and this is not different forum if we number it 2013 & 2014 its a NEW DELHI THREAD. .so if 2012 applicants who are still waiting and become friends they are in most tough situation. ..then why not 2013 & 2014 forum members become friends. ..

PS- I don't want to be a part of that argument and I don't want anyone else to be a part of that argument again after my post...I request you all maintain peace here...

it is your absence that caused this problem...being in this forum for a long time, this argument is mild compared to the ones that i had seen before...someone got his visa earlier than others then people started attacking him; someone accused someone else of being racist then it got into a big fight and became north vs south indians; pro canada and anti canada; and one started a fight against starter of the group and finally against me (attacking others i can accept but attacking me is not acceptable...lol)..we vent out our frustrations till we get visas and once we get visa then everything is ok...15 months is too long but waiting for 33 months (some countries take even longer) for a visa or getting visa denied and starting all over again is more painful....

I agree - I understand peoples frustration more than probably anyone on this forum.. as we are a 2012 case still "in process" My husband has missed anniversaries, weddings, birthdays, etc. I think it's easy to blame others as it's a good place to put some of our frustrations... but it should be directed at Immigration, not at each other - Contact your MP, tell them what is going on, write emails to Mp's, the gov't...

There really isn't anything we can control with the Immigration process once we have sent in the application.. Trust me, it's much easier to have a positive outlook on life period, it takes way too much energy to be negative and throw horrible words at others than it does to smile and turn the other cheek... I think we all go through depression type phases and honestly nobody understands what we are all going through more than us... so lets just keep positive and keep on getting up everyday with a smile and hope that today will be our OMG day! ;D

i apply spouse visa 25/09/2013 my file came in new delhi 11/10/2013. and they asking my passport of end of November and my medical is exp. last month after that still i m waiting any budy advise me what to do wht happen next ....
