this petition would be turned down within 5 minutes, you should first see what is happening these days,
they have increased the official on records timelines but within minutes they can prove with facts and figures that actual time is 6-7 months, and you can see all these facts in 2014 blog, people are getting visas so quickly that even they are surprised.
The only problem nobody can see is the way NDVO processing files, just to claim their 80/20 or 60/40 rule of processing i.e. clearing maximum no of files within timelines and holding a part to scrutinize in depth, they are bull*censored word*ting govt as well as public....the question is who are those people who need more in depth analysis, interview people are still acceptable (no offense) but how about the re-medical people or application received status people.
You can file a petition and they will easily come out with a non guilty written statement from Government coz they are too smart.
if you seriously want to do something, get a list of contacts for all MPs/ minister and request for an external Audit. Everybody should take a stand for themselves and write an email to all of them together, in that case they cannot deny/ignore emails, they will become answerable when the whole government is involved.
And Everything will come out instantly especially their Background checks pending **b*censored word*....which can be done in 4 days for regular applicant and needs 6 months for re medical applicant.
for months I am trying to convince govt officials to see this NDVO trick but NDVO is way too smart, official timeline 15 months to shut the *censored word* us up, issue visas in 6-7 months to few people to pretend they are so efficient in front of Government and holding a group of people to pretend they do in depth analysis for doubtful applicants and they are so serious in screening bad applicants and they are so loyal to the country.
hats off to the NDVO head/management. The only last option is approaching Human rights, which I am looking for these days and if possible spread this to media, otherwise they are enjoying more than deserved powers and messing with others lives. It should be stopped and applicants should be considered as human beings and not just file numbers and bring forward dates.
