I see here that all remedical applicants have received in process after they were requested the medicals. Is there a way they can ask for the remedicals even after we have got in procesS??

I am so confused and frustrated..

In most of the cases the re-medical is on the same date of the IP date or a few days after that. there is a communication delay and in some cases there is a delay in getting the re medical done. So when you look the dates at a later date, it gives you an impression that the re-medical request came after the file went to IP. He the re medical date given by many are the date when the re medical was done.

If anybody in the list is to land in Quebec please mail the copy of the CSQ to the NDVO.
The telephone from 011- 41782000 came for non receipt of the CSQ (Quebec Selection Certificate) from NDVO and the same was emailed to them.
In March itself when CSQ authorization came the first and third copy was sent by Quebec administration stating the first copy for the applicant and the third copy for using during the immigration on landing. One copy is mailed to Visa processing center.
CSQ is the requirement for Quebec province only.

hello shivani..
i went to vfs office with 2passport size photographs, old and new both pasports, email copy which embsasy sent... then i gave my documnts there. they charged me RS.1045 and they gave me form to sign and to write phone number. i marked for sms service. thy gave me receipt. and icame back to my home.

thats it.it takes only 10minutes for me.

Need ur urgent help, my status is still DM and I am assuming that I will get my passport soon. Wanted to check if and when I travel to canada is it mandatory that my spouse should also be there. Since currently she is in India with me and we have planned to go there next year together

Pl suggest will this effect my application for pr card ?

they have increased the official on records timelines but within minutes they can prove with facts and figures that actual time is 6-7 months, and you can see all these facts in 2014 blog, people are getting visas so quickly that even they are surprised.
The only problem nobody can see is the way NDVO processing files, just to claim their 80/20 or 60/40 rule of processing i.e. clearing maximum no of files within timelines and holding a part to scrutinize in depth, they are bullshitting govt as well as public....the question is who are those people who need more in depth analysis, interview people are still acceptable (no offense) but how about the re-medical people or application received status people.

You can file a petition and they will easily come out with a non guilty written statement from Government coz they are too smart.

if you seriously want to do something, get a list of contacts for all MPs/ minister and request for an external Audit. Everybody should take a stand for themselves and write an email to all of them together, in that case they cannot deny/ignore emails, they will become answerable when the whole government is involved.
And Everything will come out instantly especially their Background checks pending **bshit....which can be done in 4 days for regular applicant and needs 6 months for re medical applicant.

for months I am trying to convince govt officials to see this NDVO trick but NDVO is way too smart, official timeline 15 months to shut the fuck us up, issue visas in 6-7 months to few people to pretend they are so efficient in front of Government and holding a group of people to pretend they do in depth analysis for doubtful applicants and they are so serious in screening bad applicants and they are so loyal to the country.

hats off to the NDVO head/management. The only last option is approaching Human rights, which I am looking for these days and if possible spread this to media, otherwise they are enjoying more than deserved powers and messing with others lives. It should be stopped and applicants should be considered as human beings and not just file numbers and bring forward dates.

all depend on ur medical if its still valid until next year...then yeah u will stay..
but when u send u ur visa then see dat whts the date they write on ur visa paper's. ..

I totally agree vid u..as we all see 2014 forum dats y they issue visas dat no one question them...they have agenda dat before new year they clear most of the cases but wht about us....they hv excuse dat dese applicants medical expires and doing background checks but wht abt 2014 background checks people got DM in a few weeks after IP. ...they didn't hv checks. .?
useless people working in ndvo. ..no one help us not VO not MP's...no one...
its just depend on us if we keep lots of pateince otherwise every day fights vid our loved ones...
