Re-Meds were done today and the status changed to In-Process!!!
Wonder how much longer is the wait now, will they meet the 15 month timeline??

I have a query.. I am dec 27 2013 applicant got DM on sep 01 2014.. but still no PPR.. is it fine if I send passport without PPR..??
To which address I need to send... I am getting frustrated.. Please suggest what should I do.

yeah, i am in same situation.. decision made from last 3 weeks but there is no passport request yet... not sure what to do....

My wife's medicals expire at the end of the month. The application has been in process since end of August but we haven't received any remedical request. Should I email the visa office and tell them. I am concerned my app may get dragged out. This is for the New Delhi visa office.

Aur yeh i am visiing my wife in Diwali for two weeks ... Visa nahi aya to SASURAL WALO ne hath pair todh dene hai aur wahi rakh lene hai........ ab yahi Indai mai hi rahooo......

No, the office will ask you for Re-medical request when they want to have it done.

I'm from India, I recently became PR under CEC.

My girlfriend lives in India and our marriage will happen next year mid. Meanwhile, I am going to India for our engagement in a month and we are looking to do our court marriage along with the engagement as I can start the PR process for her in parallel. Is it acceptable by CIC and NDVO to sponsor spouse PR with only court marriage certificate (without traditional marriage proof)? I know CIC looks for wedding photographs which I would not be having. Would this be a concern?

i would suggest you to wait for PPR as visa office these days want the applicant to submit the passport at nearest VFS centre . Trust me you would not want to send your passport to NDVO and then be at their mercy .Be a little patient and get ready to start your life !

Rakh hausla itna ye manzar bhi aayega.Pyaase ke paas chalke, samandar bhi aayega…. thakkar na baith aye manzil ke musaafir….. manzil bhimilegi, aur milne ka maza bhi aayega...!!!

I guess they will wrap up the cases as per the suggested timeline..
