what about medical. ..ur expires in a week. ..so I think you should go for MP enquiry. ..
if they extend it for few days then you just hv just approximate 15 days time. ..so its better to asked ur MP.whts going on in ur file. ..

the only positive thing is that it wont expire in a week due to my hubby having to get treatment for TB. He was only able to send the final report in July with a new xray and proof of finalizing the treatment.

ADR means ADDITIONAL DOCUMENT REQUEST.

They need more proof of relationship like more photographs before and after marraige, honey photos, phone bills showing numbers, emails , chat face book chats, what's app chat, hotels booking travel tickets, railway itenary if you both have travelled together, registar cerficate of marraige... all thease documents.. they ahave asked again.
if you need some more clarification seniors can yopu please help payal to clarify her question.

Finally they changed the status to IP on Sep 9th. hope this misery would be resolved soon and the status would change the status to DM soon.

the email told about you just you hv an interview nothing else but in notes you will see that what are the VO's comment about ur relationship...you will see that all the summary of ur application like-when applicant n sponsor meets to each other,, parents present or not,, competable in age, religion etc etc....
so you will hv an interview you will definitely apply notes...then prepared ur interview according to the red flags. ..

I have done MP enquiry and he said it sounds they start the process in January 2015. I got shocked.. took out all my frustration on MP after reading his reply. I am completely out of my mind now. Since july my file is in process after remedical. It seems their quota for 2014 intake is over now.

Hey we got a response from MP too stating that my case would be finalize by feb 2015 but I think its just a generic response. they also advised me not to do too many MP enquiry as this would slow down the process. I hope they will clear all the re-medicals applicants soon..dont worry

Hope so I am really soo disappointed feel like nobody cares for how badly husbands wives are suffering because of this. I wish these immigration people see this forum and realise how badly they are harassing us.

Why a normal applicant with medical validity takes 7 days for background check after IP to DM and a remedical applicant takes 60 to 90 days for background check when everyone do remedical in span of just 7 days after receiving their email. How unfair it is.

Actually your MP doesn't want you to disturb him till JANUARY 2015. He's just saying what already written on CIC website, 15 months. Just count 15 months from the day your file received by NDVO, it may be Jan 15.
