yes he is Sept applicant- remedical:21st june IP since june 19th

*censored word*!! Can't believe they are doing this to us,We are in IP so what is the problem, if we had red flags they shouldn't have changed the status to IP.. if they have changed it to Ip that means everything is green.. What's causing the delay... Stupid people

I know!! They call me and tell me its done n that they don't need any more documents or info,just re meds..i don't understand whats causing the delay

My husband did a MP enquiry a few weeks back they told us they are waiting for the decision on background check. n asked him to call back on september 30th if i still don't have the visa by then.

after remedicals it usually takes 6 weeks to change status...for some reason it has been longer for you (not sure if this got anything to do with extension of processing time from 13 months to 15 months)...you should hear about status change from these morons in a couple of weeks...otherwise I will ask madam cristie to put 'delhi belly' curse on them or I personally go to ND visa office and throw some itching powder on them....hang in there, the last leg of the journey seems to be too long and it will be over soon...

Really they have exceeded all limits of patience. My god how can they take our lives in such a granted way. Why dont we all remedical applicant go and sit on hunger strike in front of their office. Becoz they left us with no other work then wait desperately for status change. God mercy please..

1) Do we both(me and my wife) need to add the spouse name in the passport before applying?
2) Is it necessary to obtain PCC from the passport office? as they want the spouse name to be added in the passport.

Please help me on these, expecting a quick response.

adding a spouse name is not mandatory , it just a recommended measure to prove the relationship legitimate and yes PCC is must . you should obtain it from SSP office or passport office if your passport is issued within an year .

Yes i have the same issue like ur passport office asked to.add my spouse name at the time of PCC .So it is good to add wife name before u do ur Pcc
