NEW DELHI - 2013 APPLICANTS.

Hello,

i am following this thread and 2014 NDVO thread...It confuses me now....i am seeing that some October, November, December applicants are getting "In Process" and "Decision Made" Status. While in NDVO 2014 thread some applicants from January and February are also getting "In Process" Status. What month of Applications is really NDVO processing. Is it January 2014 or still trying to process and complete files from last year. I know NDVO process in a very mysterious way. But Seniors may have hypothetical logical pattern.
Parents and Relatives are asking me and i know nothing. Just to give them a guess how long it would take approximately.

applications are not processed sequentially...whatever is available at that time is assigned to officers...as for january 2014 applicants, the status shown as 'in process' may just mean that they just opened the file that was sitting on their lovely desk...I doubt if January 2014 applicants will get their visa so soon...it normally takes 10 months (if you are lucky you can see it in 9 months) to see any kind of movement in status change....as for answers to give to your nosy folks, it depends on if you want to irritate them or not..if you want to irritate them then tell them it will take three years and you plan to stay for that long and get on their nerves the way they do you now...if you want to humor them then tell them that you have asked visa officers to contact them in person first even before the visa officers tell you about your visa approval or if the green light in front of your house is lit during the day time then it is visa time...

Iam a May8th 2014 applicant,PER received on 13th Aug.Since my VO is Newdelhi am expecting the MR before Oct 15th.Iam expecting a baby by Nov 15th.Kindly give your valuable suggestion if i have to inform VO post MR mail or now itself.
Also plz let me know if medicals are required to baby or no.

Really fed up with this wait. They stopped doing anything in any file. since 2 weeks no major update. What they want and what god want I really dont know just cry on my luck. Everyday starts with hope and end with disappointment. This wait is literally killing us. Any re-medical got any update?

is the notes ordered after the interview and in it officer says 'he is satisfied with the relationship' or is it before the interview? if satisfied with relationship why do they want to have an interview...they say god works in mysterious ways whoever wrote that did not know about NDVO...

The officer said she is satisfied with the relationship at the end of my interview. In person! Did not apply for notes after interview. Is it better to order one now? But ya in the notes I received before my interview it said "recommend passed" under eligibility and right after that it again said interview recommended. And they also received the additional documents I sent them. Wrote them almost 10 emails asking for it and they did not reply. Atleast now the status had changed to in process. Tomorrow will be a week after my interview. Hope I get remedical request soon.

I m not able to give you right answer bcoz I m confused about ur status. ..
are applying under spouse sponsorship or FSW...?
as per spouse sponsorship new borns medical didn't required...just birth certificate and other documents. ..

not sure what they are upto ? have u ordered notes ? there are a few oct and nov applicants who haven't heard from NDVO and are on AR . i hope they clear the pending files at the earliest
