what about your medicals?have you received the remedical request yet? mayb u can try with your MP or apply notes to check whats happening with your file?

no i didnt get remedical yet n mp said background check gng on..

it took 3 days to get remedicals letter...first status changes to 'in process' then remedicals letter....it takes 4 to 6 weeks to change from 'in process' to 'DM' but few people in this forum have been waiting longer for status change to 'DM'

Hello, first of all thanks for all the information you provided thus far! I am grateful. Regarding remedicals do you mean three days including the interview day? aaaow...I am stressed out again. I still did not receive my remedicals and the status is still application received. my application is already a year and few days now.

once the VO says "i am satisfied that your relationship to your sponsor is genuine" it means we passed the eligibility right? this whole process has made me a psycho.....please comment...thanks

can any1 plz help me.? In july we did mp enquiry he said ndvo doing background check and now also we did enquiry n got same ans still dng background check.. How long tym background check takes n what will b the next step?? When will i see change in my status ??? It is still AR... Plz reply me guys w2e n rks..

don't fully trust on MP's...always they give us negative response..never a single MP said that everything is finished your visa is ready. ...your medical already expires and you didn't received remedical request. ..and according to this forum first status changed to IP then they started background checks. ...this is first time I heard dat no remedical no IP already started background checks. ..
so now you hv only two options left. ..apply GCMS notes or done case specific enquiry. ..then you will see dat whts going on exactly. ..if you hv an interview or not....

hey don't worry dear...you already passed ur interview. ..so no need to worry. ..just a couple of days time then on same day ur status changed to IP and u received remedical request. ..they just damn lazy. ..nothing else. .
I know dat the whole process is stressful every applicant all day take tension. ..but in the end everything will b alright. ..ones we are together vid our loved ones then after dat always will b stay together. ..just couple of months left...

then on this behalf we also didn't do MP enquiry...dese morons hv lots of excuses that we didn't disturb them...

yeah sure...every request handled in different locations...so Its not connected vid each other...

relax...each case is different and just because my partner got remedicals request 3 days after interview, it does not mean that something wrong with your case...for some people they get remedicals request quickly and for some it takes time...for 11 months we did not hear anything (status was 'application received and for each category it was 'nothing started' including the background checks. Only thing that was shown was 'medicals results received and passed') .... good news is you don't have interview since visa officer is satisfied with your relationship. You will hear from them soon as you are approaching their 13 months processing time frame. Processing time has been increased to 15 months I am not sure if this applies only for new applications or existing ones. If existing ones are also included then more wait time.

Hey did u have any email from NDVO after Ur DM status or directly received ur Passport.plz let me know as i am also in DM status since 29 aug but no new from NDVO.
