In my notes it was mentioned same and now 1 week got an email saying
Tat applicatio n is queued for an interview

Dnt know via notes tat wat is red flag

maybe they will select interview randomly....like jai sai ram..in her notes all things are positive just they mentioned 5 years age difference but dats not a reason...husbands are always older then wife...
so maybe they will also want to see ur face dats y they choose you...
everything will b alright soon don't worry

SERIOUSLY ITS ENOUGH NOW....

Same in me tat marriage is bonafide and in accordance with all customs
Infact they wrote we lok happy and comfortable in all outings
Still they chose us for an interview

yeah dats a gud thing...also you guys hv a baby so maybe process will b smooth...so relax you will b never hv an interview. ..

maybe dats the reason like ashijah you never received remedical request but maybe they send it...
so the only option is try ur MP. ..apart from reviews they are lil bit usefuls...

so don't think dat whts wrong in ur file. .just find out the reason for d delay. ..

even I didn't receive any remedical mail from ndvo..mp told us abt remedical.. Don't understand how can they send email to some other email I.d..

in mA case, it's been more than 6.5 months in IP n still no idea abt visa so have patience n be positive

Hi CMR
You never sent your passport to NDVO, or you got your passport back from NDVO after submitting. I am in similar situation like yours, as I got an overseas offer in Singapore and want to join that. How can I request my passport back from NDVO?
Also, hope it will not be an issue since my application status is AR. Can we give them passport for stamping once DM stage is reached. When do you plan to submit passport to NDVO for stamping? Appreciate your inputs here.

Hello Jasvinder,

I never sent my passport. When I received an email asking me for passport submission I replied saying I'm a businesswoman and frequent traveller. They replied back in a few days with a generic email for those with such needs. Explaining, I only need to send in my passport at a 'later stage', I'm assuming this must be the final stage they are referring to. But anyway, this doesn't apply to the new applicants since they stopped asking for passport during the initial stages of processing, some months back. And as for you, ask the sponsor to send an email to NDVO cc-ing you and explaining reasons why you need your passport back. They will read your email ; they always read all our emails, they just do not HAVE to reply and all our correspondence is saved. My guess is that you will receive a reply saying retrieving your passport now would extent your process a bit and not specify any timeline and will send back your passport. Now that's a decision you have to take, I'm assuming mine took an extra 30 to 60 days since they do not have my passport for background or criminality checks.
But, yes, at during any stage, especially since you just sent it in (AR now, isn't it?) you may request it back and NDVO will send it back with or without acknowledging receipt of your email.

if you have ordered notes and seen the last two pages you might have an idea on what ND visa officer is concerned about...be prepared to address those issues but sometimes they may not ask anything about those issues at all..sometimes they just do quality control checks and have interviews for this grand reason...
