Well we did not submit Kuwait PCC as it showed to submit PCC for all countries one stayed more than 6 months after the age of 18- (but in the notes it does show that PCC is needed); Elibility- passed (visa officer satisfied with second marriage- there were two officers who went through the file before they passed the eligibility; criminality and security : not started).

When we initially submitted application in September in Mississauga the application was returned to me : advising to get confirmation from Delhi regards to previous PR- as it (was about to expire- obtained from previous marriage-skilled immigrants)- applied for TRV in Ludhiana - got a letter PR was cancelled- submitted that letter to Missisauga then got sponsors part completed and the file was submitted to New Delhi on November)



At-least the eligibility is passed so the main headache is over- we did apply for PCC Kuwait from New Delhi- takes 45 days- should be getting it in a few weeks- we did send Delhi the receipt of the PCC request made in Kuwait consulate from our side- and did mention that we did not get any PCC request for Kuwait from New Delhi - but we went ahead to get the PCC from requesting the notes.

Passport was also requested--- now wait- any clue/comments? next steps what could happen? :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

Very odd that their notes wanted you to submit Kuwait PCC when you didn't live there for more than six months. Were there any notes in the visa officers comments with respect to your previous marriage and PR? Typically second marriages are red flagged and also the fact that your previous PR expired/cancelled might be delaying the process due to internal investigations. But the fact that you are in process should waive the interview. Looking at the trend they will most likely request remedical one year from when the file was transferred to delhi. This is still out of their normal process, generally they try and expedite the processing before the medicals expire. I believe you need your passport back to complete remedicals but hopefully a photocopy will suffice for the doctor.

My husband is finally here and he got his visa in a shocking way so here is the whole story....

On 20 th of august he got a phone call from NDVO for PPR , the lady was very polite with him , she confirmed DOB and his name . My husband requested her if he can get visa fast as I was in hospital for my delivery ... She told my husband to wait for 15 mins , after 15 mins she called him back and gave him appointment for immigration office visa section for next day 21st at 9:30 am to get visa stamped by hand and to Pick up his passport from visa section at 3:00 pm with visa .
I don't know how he got his visa in two days , the whole procedure took just 7 months ....

Got IP 8 august 2014
DM 18 august 2014
PPR and visa stamped same day by hand New Delhi 21 august 2014

Well my wife was born and brought up there- but only a few days before she turned 18 years of age. That is why we didn't submit the PCC at the beginning. Lots of notes about previous marriage- but it clearly states- this marriage is genuine- and nothing to worry about this - that is why we have eligibility passed.

Well waiting for one year since Delhi got the file its going to be November- guess we have to wait..mmmm-- no need for passport for re-medical- just the email from CIC requesting to do re-medical is sufficient.

You have to be careful with the tourist visa. Most applications end up getting denied because immigration is concerned with your wife staying back. However, if you show significant ties that your wife has to India it will be okay. All the documents you mentioned should be sufficient. Usually the visa has a 6 month validity.

I will be honest and blut... 99 .99 % people dont get visa if your application is already in process for spousal visa. So I would suggest not to waste all that money...

generally we all received remedical request after that our status changed to IP. ..for ex- they changed my status on 4 July after that on 6 July they send me remedical request..I done it on 8th...but after 4 days my status changed to IP on ecas...I was see it on 9th July. ..
so basically concept is all the applicants on above list few done dere interview after dat dere status changed to IP and others who didn't hv interview but dere medical going to b expire so they changed it to IP means no interview. ..
sometimes people curious dat y they give us 7 days validity dats bcoz dere medical expires already a week before or going to b expires in a week. ..

For myself, I think I ll also become a re-medical case soon. Actually I did my medicals in mid September 2013 as I was trying to apply during that time. Then I couldnt apply as my wife (who applied for me from Canada) didn't had her tax statements yet. So we applied in March end 2014. Now my status is AR and my medical will expire in 15 days.

Is there any way that I can send my re-medical before hand, so that once my status change to IP they have my latest medical results already and I do not need to into the long queue again.

unfortunately dats not possible. ...if this is possible then every applicant who already wait for so many months already done dere remedical earlier. ..
they send each and every applicant a different kind of letter which is d proof of ur remedical so without them its not possible. ..
but you don't worry now working on a gud speed so its ur 6th month..and they already started feb applicants...so just wait few weeks u will sure received gud news...gud luck

Congrats chiraag. thay may call or email you for passport. my friend got a email for passport to submit in chandigarh office.
