unfortunately dats not possible. ...if this is possible then every applicant who already wait for so many months already done dere remedical earlier. ..
they send each and every applicant a different kind of letter which is d proof of ur remedical so without them its not possible. ..
but you don't worry now working on a gud speed so its ur 6th month..and they already started feb applicants...so just wait few weeks u will sure received gud news...gud luck

Yes, Officially its our sixth month only...but actually its long long time. Long story short...we got married in dec 2011, when we were waiting for my wife's PR (under state sponsorship, applied when she was unmarried)... So after our marriage we updated our case so that we can receive the PR together. As per the documentation on CIC website this was very much possible, But the bloody Visa officer rejected my case at that time saying that my wife should come there and apply for me under spouse category. She went to canada in early 2013. When we tried to register the spouse case, we came to know that we need her tax slips for applying here. So we had to wait for 9 to 10 more months for the tax period to be over so that we can pay the tax and get the receipts. Now that all is done...its again too long for CIC to process our case...So fed up going though all this bullshit...Cannot afford another delay due to re-medicals!!!

an omg moment again...I received my ppt with visa on Saturday....mixed feelings of joy and sadness....leaving my country and old parents BUT very happy for my daughter and myself and my husband...this is what is life...god bless all of u...

I really dont understand what exactly they want, spoiling our lives. No transparency, no update. How can they separate husband wife like this. Since 10 months they blocked the passport. I am just loosing my senses to feel anything. Left job thinking that will immediately fly once VISA come but they just dont care. Its 13 months we are away from each other, 11 months since we applied. And I am just feeling like cry loud. Even god stopped listening to us. How can they do this... For them its just a target for us its abt our married life.
