Can I send my wife's sponsoship application to Missisaga visa office, without her PCC from USA. Because I think it may take another month to receive her PCC from USA. Please give your suggestions. Thank you.

Hello Pooja,
With ADR on July 10 2014, Estimate sheet is showing Sep 21st as my IP date.
If I do no receive IP around that time then yes I would expect an interview.
Requested notes as well. Let's see if they mention anything about the interview (waived or recommended).

Bad news is, as per Stats sheet over 87% of the sample candidates are in IP or above, which puts us in the remainder 20% whose file don't get processed in 13 months. Going to India next week and planning to stay with my partner there till this is over.

Yea u can send. Dont wait.send the application package as soon as possible to save time. Later u can submit the PCC to delhi office after file transfer.include an explanation lettr y u r not submitg US PCC at present so that it is clearly communicated.write it in a separate paper and sign it.if u have the file number of the ongoing PCC then include that as well in the explanation lettr. People unnecessarily waste their precious time waiting for PCC.

yes hi am there right. ..don't wait for pcc...after 3 or 3 months they will send you genetic mail..if ur usa pcc came to dat time then send it after that letter or whatever other proofs you will want to send them...just that one time send everything. ...gud luck

my ecas status is not showing that 'your medical results have been received' even after remedical..3months have been passed after remedical..very worried about my remedical....they receive it or not??MP's answer was useless,they told me that ur medical has been expired and they send u request for remedical..nothing about they receive it or not....

m in d same boat.. Remedical on 23 may, 3 months already gone n not a single change in status.. Not even med received

I really wish ur husband will b dere before ur due date...but keep one thing in ur mind dear ..don't take stress now you are in IP but if ur husband didn't got his visa before baby arrives then nothing to b worry at all...bcoz its a final stage of urs don't take stress its harmful for ur baby. ..look at my situation my baby growing day b day still I m waiting for my visa...he is now 7 months old and still we didn't join his dad....
so its a couple of months just focus on ur baby...take care dear

Omg, that means they didn't gv visa even u guys got baby n he is 7 months old? Can't believe this crazy visa process. I m waiting since June 2013, this immigration people don't think we r human, how they keeping us apart from our partner for years and years. Crazy people... N making us crazy too by this waiting game

Hi, even i got IP on 1st Aug 2014, and still waiting for remed or DM.
Dont worry much and dont take much stress, you will for sure get DM in a month and before ur due date. I pray to god that you get the DM soon and join ur hubby.

I think NDVO needs some media attention in Canada so that the Canadian Govt. and the oppositions knows about the red tapes there. Immigrants are the one who build this country and we get a hard time. I am just frustrated. WE need the Liberals back in Office.!!!
