Hello Everyone!!!!!!!!!! I am new to this forum. My husband got an e-mail for PPR today. Please suggest which address we should send the passport with 2 photograph and which courier service is the best.

if they didn't asked to send which courier service...then you will b send it to via VFS or blue dart...

i sent my pasport thru vfs chandigarh ...d pasport has been sent to chandigarh visa office shudnt it b send to delhi...m soo tensed ...i clld vfs helpline many a times ..dey r twlln me dat visa vl n stamped in chandigarh only..has any1 recently sent deir pasport thru vfs ..pls reply

I told you earlier. ..that chandigarh embassy hv authority to issue visas...infact few cases held in chd...its just 3 days passed when they received ur passport. ..
just relax dear hv pateince. ..you are just one step away from this torturing process. ..so just wait for next week it will sure came back vid shiny visa ....

There is no way other than just waiting for the NDVO to complete processing and issue the visa....

on the bright side, you get to spend more time with your family members (until they cannot handle inquiring neighbors about if you are going or not and then they will personally do a dharna in front of visa office to give your visa because they cannot deal with nosy neighbors anymore)

Hi,
I am a new joinee to the forum. My husband is a PR working in toronto. He got is Pr in 2012 and from then he is working there. Due to unstable financial situation he couldn't sponsor me immediately.He is quite stable now and we have filed the spouse sponsorship application in Dec 2013. While filing the application we've sent the latest police clearance and medicals. The file is sent to new Delhi in the month of Jan for further processing. In the month of may i got a communication from new Delhi immigration department to send the latest police clearance. which i sent it in a month. on 1st of August i again received a mail from the immigration department asking for the
1) wedding, post wedding photos
2) Reason for delay in sponsorship
3) Proof for ongoing relationship.

I have sent all the relevant proofs.

Now i want to understand what will be the next move and how long will it take for me to get my visa. need some thoughts on this

you are dec applicant..right...
so if you send ADR. ..then you hv lots of pateince bcoz dere are also few applicants who received ADR and still waiting for any kind of response. ...but for you dere is a condition if you hv lots of time in ur medical expires then maybe they will issue ur visa before expiry....

but I hv a one doubt can you plzz clear it.....
on few days back (page no 3321) karan singh mention ditto same these kind of things...so I want to know dat you guys are same husband or wife. ..or not...?

Any specific delaying reason? How can they delay a file without ny reason?
