i calld vfs helpline no ..nd dey told me it takes minimum 15 20 daus for visa stamping ...does it really take dat long...its too tough to wait....my pasport has been sent to chandigarh consulate on 18 aug ...

I just checked my ecas and it updated that my medicals has been received. I am a november applicant my medicals got expired on july 14th 2014.

Does this update means that they started processing my application? Will they send remedical letter now? Please suggest. I am happy atleast something is updated.

Application filed from missi : - 5th Nov 2013
file transferred NDVO : - 5th Dec 2013
Medical's done : - 21st June 2013
Additional doc req+ppr : - 21st Jan 2014
sent on including PPr : -11th Feb 2014

last month ma wife got an interview call nd was held on 11th Aug 2014 in Canada.
1st case in this forum, i guess so.

But still when i check my ecas.....it shows just AR.

so my question is what should be my next step??? Should i ask for notes, if yes. What's the procedure?

Just wanted to get input from the experienced members, got my GCMS notes today...According to them, the interview is waived and eligibility is passed, security check/criminality check is pending....

If you can advise, how long it takes to get them done..as my husband has foreign travel history...I am August 23rd applicant..

Also, to add on...we have already submitted PCC's required.....Thanks

its depend on the situation how well ur interview goes...if the interviewer asked to do remedical it means u passed the interview. ..
find your local MP from this link

make an appointment and sponsor needs to sign some forms giving permission to dere MP to access your personal records..some MPs send forms by email and some want person to visit office..

don't worry dese notes are 1 month old...so for this one month time period your security hs to b passed also. ..if you guys already submitted pcc's then don't worry. ..just few weeks ur visa in ur hands...

for the time being why not u asked ur MP to find out current situation. ..gud luck

ohkk so ur passport just reached on 18th...I thought its already dispatched on 18th... :

then don't worry if they asked it will take 20 days then just busy urself wid ur packing it will b arrived on the end of this month or max first week of Sept. ..

Nope.I just applied for notes too.We did MP enquiry,they just keep saying that the file is under review.no adr or interview recommended in the notes as per MP.
I wonder whats causing the delay,i dn have any travel history or any other red flags.

Hi guys.. Jus wanted to let you know we received our passport with visa and copr papers on Tuesday 19th August .. Although I was not a very active member I used to check this thread almost everyday .. Thanks everyone for the support and good luck and god bless all of you who are waiting .. It was a tough journey and I don't think no one can ever understand how hard it is except for people in this beautiful forum.. Not friends not family.. They can only empathise with us..
