Oh,...i am not so sure how that will spin things but i guess they will issue a separate email asking for remeds and for which they may have another BFD date and so your IP will get delayed by that much,,, i guess...

you are right chatwant will get a request for remedicals and it might take up to 6 weeks (in his/her case little bit more delay maybe a week or two more since they will have to send a request for passport) for status to change to 'DM'...normal processing time is 10 to 13 months...

I think you will get DM in Sep first week and PP before Sep 15th.

They usually put a BFD (Bring Forward Date) on your file which is usually 30 days from the day they send you ADR email. A week after the BFD date, you can expect IP.

I received ADR on June 27 and my submission date was till 27 July NDVO have received my DOCS on july 04. Today its 15 AUG its been more than 18 days for BFD.. No news still showing Application Received. Medical had already expired on July 27. Not able to understand what will be the next move for them......

don't have to send anything...but if you are paranoid like me, just send a copy of fee payment to NDVO with a note mentioning when examination was done; your file number; applicant's name to their physical address....even this one is not needed but just to sleep well at nights and not worry unnecessarily, you may want to send a copy of fee receipt...

docs are stored somewhere but I don't know what 'PA' means (normally it means principal applicant but that may not apply here). In some secret societies they have secret handshakes or signals to identify that they belong to that group and I guess visa officers notify each other where your file has been stored (in a dark dark basement where rats roam) through abbreviations...did I make you paranoid enough? be afraid, very afraid because you are dealing with NDVO...lol

I went along with my husband and we were interviewed separately for about 15 to 20 mins each. VO asked about our wedding dates, who attended the wedding, how did we fall in love (our marriage is love marriage), also asked if we reject your file what will you do?(standard question you;ll be asked for sure) so study that question properly.....did my spouse marry me to go to canada, has my spouse applied for canada before, my friends visited me in india from canada VO asked my husband if he met my friends (if yes when and where)

they asked me for my ids, and when i became a citizen of canada, asked me if i get along with my inlaws, are my inlaws happy that their son is going to canada?, why did i marry my spouse? asked me if i know he applied to go to canada before or not? asked me if i reject your life can you stay in india? who attended the wedding...

we had lots and lots proofs with us like, recents photos, bills - shopping bills, travelling bills, gurdwara receipts..lotta photographs taken with my friends who visited india after our marriage...but the VO didnt ask for anything...we also have each others name tattooed on our body (that could be plus point)

just be confident and respectful...remember this is VOs job to ask you silly questions and make you nervous..just have a proper breakfast and have proper sleep and be confident and genuine and you will be fine.

there you go...if one person in the forum does not know the answer someone else would find it out somehow..i did the same search looking for what 'PA' means but was not able to find it. This is what makes this New Delhi 2013 forum great.
