its not only ur application....they just forget all the ADR applicants and remedical applicants...don't know whats dere criteria on these kind of cases...don't worry when one ADR applicant received any kind of news it means they will look at all the files. . .

RKS, Dont worry- we are ALLLL praying for your visa. I think your visa is being delayed so you go to Canada during an auspicious time. So enjoy ur stay in India a little more while it lasts......

Before a week we did inquiry through our lawyer at NDVO...reply reply on d next day (Surprised) and replied your file is awaiting for further review...Now when they will pick up my file? its 1 month over after sending additional docs...waiting for my OMG moments....

your lawyer was never did an enquiry. ..it looks like he just send u genetic answer. ..so relax. ..
always my MP also said the same the file is pending for "initial review, , further review"...

According to me, there should not b any red flags such as, no travel history, no second marriage, no child. I dont undrestand, why NDOV is taking so much time on my file

May be as your baby PR is also connected with you, they are delaying it. Else even people with remedical also got DM as of now. So just be lil more patient and ask your husband to visit you
