i agree with rks..send copies of pcc to visa office with a cover letter (make sure you have file number; applicant name; dOB etc mentioned in the cover letter)..i don't think you have to inform your MP unless you want him/her to do a follow up on this matter....

thank u w2e and RKS but i do not have the originals as they were already sent to NDVO in may . i do have attested photocopies of the PCC but i think sending them to NDVO won't do any good either . i have attached the scanned copies of PCC in the mail , hopefully they respond to that and continue with the processing . i do not want this stupid reason to delay the process . It's very irritating and i wish u get ur visa soon RKS !

RKS & w2e , what do u guys think should i do ? should i wait for NDVO's reply to my mail stating that i have already sent the PCC . my ecas changed to IP on saturday and i got this mail for PCC today . if yes , how long should i wait for NDVO to reply ? thanks in advance

If u don't mind, I have a suggestion for u. Get new PCC from Singapore and England, send them to NDVO as soon as possible. They might lost your old PCC or got expired. I've got same issue getting PCC from New Zealand so don't wait send them latest PCC ASAP.

getting a new PCC from england is not a problem but those chinese buggers won't mail it before 2 months and i have a deadline to make till 25th september'2014 .lets see i hope they reply back and advice me what to do via email but one thing is for sure , NDVO sucks . After a long wait of 7.5 months the file went in process and the happiness didn't last for 48 hours as these buggers have no track of my PCC .

Hello,

I am a PR of Quebec, Canada. I applied for my husband under the Spousal category of sponsorship. My husband lives in Mumbai. The dates are as follows -
6th Nov,2013 - "we received your application...."
27th Nov,2013 - "We sent you a letter about the decision...."
24th Dec,2013 - Email received to send pp to New Delhi
26th Dec,2013 - PP received by New Delhi
27th Jan,2013 - CSQ (Carte Selection du Quebec) received
18th Jul,2014 - "We started processing ...application on July 18th,2014"
21st Jul,2014 - "Medical results have been received"
11th Aug,2014 - "A decision has been made on ....'s application. The office will contact ..... concerning the decision"

What exactly does the 11th August update mean? What should be my anticipated wait time in regards to my husband receiving his passport in Mumbai? Could there be a possibility of an interview?

yes send the photocopies not original...if already send them email , mail, then send dese copies again they typically idiots hope they received one of them soon...
