Yes, we received the travel history, that we originally submitted with the application in 2012. My husband redid his medical in March 2014, I should update my info.. Our lawyer literally emailed them saying 'he has never lived in the USA' and now just more waiting..

It gives me hope to read about all of these people getting their DM / Visa's - means the system is still working right?! ;D

hahaha so i m not alone whoz relatives are noisy.....they hv nothing to do asked every time that "aje tak ni aya visa.munda t pakka hai fer kyu ena time. .."ufffff always fed up about dese kind of comments...

we all are in the same boat sooner or later we all are in Canada to clear other hurdles...find jobs, get driving licenses...after no time for dese kind of relatives. ..

Hi guys we need your help urgently...

today we had an interview in the morning at the CHD immigration office and it was about 1 hour long...interview was for my husband but i went along cause im living with my husbad....the immigration officer returned us the original photos and evidence we attached with the application and they also returned the passport to my husband....and said we'll get back to you next week....what does this mean???

my husbands medical and pcc was expired about 3 months ago....im so confused and lost....can someone please tell me if this situation has happened to anyone on this forum....

Can somebody please tell me.. if the consent form for MP enquiry is to be filled by the applicant or the sponsor?

Vikas, i would not recommend doing an MP inquiry at this point. Even if the VO had issued IP by mistake, let it be so and let it go to DM. Why risk MP inquiry when ur so close to DM lest they see that they put IP by mistake and put it back to AR? Just wait.
