Feeling terribly disgusting today.....tomorrow it will be 13 months since I applied for spouse visa....37 days since I am waiting aafter IP....and one month since m waiting after redemedical....its so depressing....why they are trying our patience so hard.....they got raise in their salaries. ....but what we got....endless wait nd depression....

there should be option for clients to pick passport in person or by mail because sometimes in rural areas mail used to be tampered

they don't want applicants and their families crowding the canadian high commission and that's why everything is done by emails, phone calls and regular mails...for New Delhi resident they might have an option to visit high commission but others don't...

hey w2e what you say about it all the applicants who are in IP. ..whats the delay for DM. ..its some kind of rahuu kethu in our IP...primoo completed dere 8 weeks. ..even we are 3 applicants complete our one months in 2 days. ..according to ur experience how long it will take for as they said "further review"...

for my partner, after interview, it took a month and half to change from 'IP' to 'DM'.... of course it was 'application received' for 11 months...if you had 'seven years' shani (bad time for 7 years) you would have been waiting for 7 years...if it is mini-shani it would have been waiting for 3 years..so it is mini mini shani only a year or so...your stars will all be aligned in couple more weeks and you will get your visa after that high commission stars won't be aligned and they will get rain of frogs and reptiles over their buildings and locked inside the buildings because of fear and will be forced to complete all the 2013 applications....aren't you glad you asked me about raghu and kethu and got lectures and curses..lol

i hate to say this...most applicants get their visas in a year or more...few of the lucky ones get it less than a year..since your status is 'in process' the delay is not due to scheduling for interview, it is more likely due to background checks..normal time after IP is anywhere from a month and a half to two months...

the wait time for the last four on the list is normal (as they say in ND visa office ' they are within normal processing wait time after IP') not sure about the first three (especially sidhu..unless they are doing background checks and sidhu had gone to or lived in many countries, not sure why this much delay..)....

yeah his visa delay due to new Zealand's pcc...except last 3 ones others hv interview process. ..don't know what's background checks dese morons doing in so many months. .

MP said on 16th July " The background checks took a bit longer than usual to process. The file will be reviewed shortly, within a couple of weeks and then most likely finalised. "

So I'm expecting DM next week.

then dats a gud news...atleast ur MP said something not like my stupid MP who says first enquiry time "file is pending for initial review and now in second enquiry time Further review"..God knows when dese reviews will b finally finished. .. :'(

hey frnds someone told me that after remedical with in 3 months NDVO issue d visa.
means maximum time limit is 3 mmonths ???...
wat do you think is it true??
