Hi guys we need your help urgently...

today we had an interview in the morning at the CHD immigration office and it was about 1 hour long...interview was for my husband but i went along cause im living with my husbad....the immigration officer returned us the original photos and evidence we attached with the application and they also returned the passport to my husband....and said we'll get back to you next week....what does this mean???

my husbands medical and pcc was expired about 3 months ago....im so confused and lost....can someone please tell me if this situation has happened to anyone on this forum....

PLEASE HELP!! IM SO RESTLESS

MP's response to our request, we got it yesterday. "I heard from CIC regarding your wife's file. An initial review of the file took place last week, so you should be hearing from them soon as they begin the next stage of the application process. If you have not heard anything by the end of September, please let me know and we can do another inquiry. "

No conclusion whatsoever, vague reply. CIC should quantify "Soon" , In "N" number of days or weeks.

Ya, they don't understand the plight of staying away from loved ones. Their bureaucratic mess is causing agony for all .

Guys, i have something to share with u all.It may be useful for 2014 applicants. I applied for VISITOR VISA AND TODAY I GOT IT BACK WITH STATUS AS ACCEPTED FOR 10 YEARS!!!!!! Grin
So, guys, please dnt loose hope try at least once applying for visitor visa and may be ur the lucky one like me Cheesy..Although me and my husband were not very much positive abt it after getting so much negative views from ppl from the forum , we did apply.We did a lot of homework and finally we hav got it !!!!
So please try applying once...If you need any help from my side kindly get in touch with me.

So have you resigned from your current job or applied for leaves.. please elaborate what kind of docs is required to apply for TRV as i have applied for one before applying for PR in april and it got rejected..

So should i go ahead n apply for second TRV...

My Mp replied that my remedical is with them and the agent will only look at the files that have been looked once by end of aug. So please wait till end of aug. I am hopeless now

Its almost end of day Tuesday, and no activity at all. Very disappointing. At the rate they are going, Jan - March 2014 should expect their passports back with a visa between December 2014 - March 2015.

Do they update every Tuesday in NDVO or in Canada. In India ,CHC New Delhi may be closed due to EID (not sure if its official holiday).

Hope we get updates on Wednesday.
