have already applied for notes on 9th july ... Where can i find questions related to interview??? And hw much time approx do they take to issue visa after interview?

In the last pages of notes you can see that its written clearly interview recommended and also the reason behind the interview. .as u mention that you hv been refused student visa maybe its written in the notes...bcoz its a major red flags in VO's point of view...bcoz they thinks that maybe this reason u married for reached in Canada. .
so if u hv strong evidence about ur relationship then collects all of them...

after ur interview they asked u to do remedical. ..so it will take 1 to 2 months. ..

1.all the formalities r done at the airport when u land.no need to apply separately for pr card for new PR. Most of the people giv their spouse's canada adres to receive pr card. U can giv any adress. But its good if u giv the same spouse's adres. Y to giv room for doubt.

2. U dont have to continously stay for 2 yrs.cumulative days r calculated .ie total duration of stay during the 5 year period

yup thats the correct address. ..don't worry at all your passport is in right hands..they are working on Oct applicants..soon they will start Nov files so then you will hear any news about your file. ..

is there anyway to check? and confirm that her passport is there. very tensed and very worried.

thats correct address. .don't worry ur passport in safe hands...

you will apply GCMS notes its tell u about whether ur passport reached or not...

Hello All-

I have applied for GCMS notes last month June 26th but did not hear anything yet? Is it good idea to apply again? My medicals has been expired two weeks now and no news yet. Also is it good idea to do an MP inquiry and will it be helpful to know abt my file? Very worried and canadian immigration process sucks!

That's totally ridiculous

its 25th day when my status changed to IP. ..don't know when they will changed it to DM. ..

Here 59 days have been passed still showing IP after remedical..worried about process

I have been refused student visa twice for canada, dat might be a reason for interview. Other den dat i can't think of any other reason which can be considered as a red flag

Dnt wry... U will pass intervw n within a month u will get visa...

Student Visa refusal may not effect your chances , In most cases student visas are rejected likely due to financial reasons ( 'i.e' you can't afford the tuition or your scholarship is not enough etc).

But here, your spouse is approved for sponsorship means he/she has financial ability to take care of you. Be positive.. you will hear good news soon.

NDVO does not confirm if they have received your passport or not..only way to check is to find out from your courier (or MP inquiry or notes which will all take time)..if you had used blue dart or some other agency they will have a tracking system to tell you if someone at the NDVO office received the passport and who it was...

Wait for couple of more days and you can email to the address given below with the reference number u got when u applied for gcms notes and your personal details about the status.
