By the way, although it has nothing to do with my case; I see that several applicants have been rejected and that they can 'appeal'. Will appealing help? What are the chances of an appeal being heard and decision retracted?

don't ever think about appeal. ..it will take so many years and after that no guarantee that you will be win the appeal. ..
there is a forum something like "all appeal cases come and join here" just look at that people who are apart from there loved one's for so many years...

don't think like that..if you done ur remedical in coming days then within one whole year you can go anytime bcoz medical is valid for 1 year...so when baby's arrived in Sept then after 3 months whenever you want to go..you just don't need to asked them you can't fly now. ..just did ur remedical and relax. ..

I don't know about how China's working on files. .

So, you are saying I can fly anytime I want ? They don't give deadlines to enter the country? I could get a visa and then to decide to wait for a few months before I go to Canada?
There must be some kind of visa expiry date for sure. Maybe someone out there who received a visa recently could clarify?

yes someone else plz clarify it...
but as the trend of this forum everybody go according there medical expiry date..as I did my medical on this July so I can fly anytime before july 2015...

Really really frustrated to see my status go back from IN PROCESS to APPLICATION RECEIVED. dont know the reason why they have done so as the asked for ADR , still this mess. Inside it shows the same that we started processing your application on ..... throw some light as no one has the answer to this puzzle.

no...actually I hv a 6 months old baby so all day I m busy with him...my in-laws give me 1 year maternity leave, they said just take care dere grandson... ;D ;D

Thats nice.. I m working so still I need 1 month to serve my notice period. God when I get my Visa on my hand... BTW those who are willing to persue job in Canada and are living in Delhi/NCR, there is a very nice program free of cost introduced by Canadian Govt http://www.newcomersuccess.ca/

don't worry, generally after rem-meds it takes a month or so to get DM...u know it sooner or later the visa is yours...so take care n enjoy pampering in india...
