Hi

I know every one is on the same boat, but there has been too many uncertainties around my sponsorship application. There has been so many misguidance & misdirection provided to us. I got my PR in Sept 2009, but I was having good job in India. Got Married in 2010. My PR was expiring on Oct 2014. I met a immigration consultant in India who suggested me to move to Canada, find a job & apply for my wife sponsorship. I came here in May 2013 (17 months prior to PR expiry) found a job with RBC bank here in AUG & applied for Wife's PR in Sept 2013.
Since I stayed in Canada before getting PR in 2009, CHC is confused about my Canada entry & exit dates, on 10-June-2014, I got an email for ADR about my entry-exit dates.
I thought my file should be straight forward since we stayed together for 2.5 yrs in India, 200+ marriage pictures, call history, post marriage trips itinerary & hotel stays etc.

It has been really tough times for past 14 months & counting ...
I have been to India twice for total 30 days.

Now my worry is my PR will be expiring in Oct & I stayed only 400 days as of now, can CHC deny a visa on that ground?
What should be the next steps?

My PR date - Sept 2009
Canada Entry date - May 2013
Medical Date - 16-Aug-2013
Sponsorship Application Date -Sept 2013
AOR Date - 13-Sept
Passport request - 22-Oct-2013
ADR (Entry-Exit dates) - 10-Jun-2014
PR Expiry - 14-Oct-2014

Can anyone suggest next steps, please ....

Hi....even we had somewat dis kind of problem...my husband hired a lawyer in canada...he gave all the explanations to cic nd now dey have scheduled my interview on 28 july...i advise u to take help of a canada based immigration lawyer...

Yes, RKSANDHU has been very helpful
Just so that it could benefit everyone - she says we can do medicals without X Ray Tests; just make sure you attach a doctors note. Also, you can use a lead protective sheet for some shielding protection if you really want to do the test.

On a different note, is it possible to change your visa processing center mid way through the application? I live in China and will deliver my baby here. The Canadian High Commission in China said they are ready as long as Delhi is okay with it; as usual, no reply from Delhi.

gifts exchange bills
evry thing we are submitted

i think no red flag from us
but not sure about the doubt of NDVO in my application
becoz everything fine

Sran, While filling the Spouse questionnairre, there is a question: 'Do you know your sponsor's family or are you related to your sponsor before marriage or do you knwo Sponsor' family members from before marriage'.

If you answered 'yes your wife is known to your sis in law from before marriage', this perhaps could be the reason for the interview.

NDVO expects complete strangers to get married. they dont believe in love marriages, marriages arranged through family cos they are monkeys.this is how monkeys mate...so they expect same from us

Hello Everyone,

I wanted a suggestion from you people regarding sending the proof of the Relationship to CIC.
I visited India last week on my wife's Birthday and was there for almost 10 days, Now i am back to Canada. Is it advisable to send the proof of travel history to CIC?? I know it will strengthen the case but i am confused if it will delay the processing. I am March 2014 applicant, Anyways they will not open my file before Nov-Dec.
I just wanted seniors advice on this.Should i send the details of travel to CIC?? Will it affect the time of Processing? And how should i send the details? Should i write a cover letter explaining them the same?

Any help is advisable.

Then before going to Canada you take medicine...bcoz u are addicted to check ur status again n again. ..
your passport will b arrived in 2 days or max 15 days. ..its not compulsory they will call every person so relax

you should be ok unless you get some visa officer with traditional view that everything has to be proven and cannot see the big picture that communication proof is missing but other documents provided are more than enough....they may or may not ask you send additional documents..it is up to the visa officer and no point in worrying...worst case scenario is they would ask you to send additional documents, just send it at that time...

me too...actually I m using my phone so dats not possible..spreadsheet didn't fully clear. .I think someone else answer it very well...even I can't wait anymore when my status chnged to DM..God knows
