We are communicating in Skype and I call her using Reliance India call, so calling records show reliance Toronto number instead of her number.
from last 9 months we r using WhatsApp. I can print and send these records if they ask. I have a good job and she has computer sci engg undergrad degree. Our families approved this marriage and we have no other way to prove beyond this.

I am not sure how else to prove relationship beyond this.

you should be ok unless you get some visa officer with traditional view that everything has to be proven and cannot see the big picture that communication proof is missing but other documents provided are more than enough....they may or may not ask you send additional documents..it is up to the visa officer and no point in worrying...worst case scenario is they would ask you to send additional documents, just send it at that time...

W2E, I filed my application immediately after marriage in Dec 2013,. After filing my app, i went to visit my wife only once in March 2014. Now, I did not send proofs of this second visit to CIC/NDVO. Do you think it is necessary i should send this proactively to NDVO before their monkey mind starts acting up?

I think you should go ahead and send copies of your airline ticket, pictures of you and your wife together if you had gone somewhere during your second visit and communication proofs (phone calls; chat messages; emails etc) since your marriage..since you are a Dec 2013 applicant, it is going to take time to get your turn to get visa..in the meantime they can have extra documents to read...sending additional documents won't slow down the process...

Re: Expiring PR

I know every one is on the same boat, but there has been too many uncertainties around my sponsorship application. There has been so many misguidance & misdirection provided to us. I got my PR in Sept 2009, but I was having good job in India. Got Married in 2010. My PR was expiring on Oct 2014. I met a immigration consultant in India who suggested me to move to Canada, find a job & apply for my wife sponsorship. I came here in May 2013 (17 months prior to PR expiry) found a job with RBC bank here in AUG & applied for Wife's PR in Sept 2013.
Since I stayed in Canada before getting PR in 2009, CHC is confused about my Canada entry & exit dates, on 10-June-2014, I got an email for ADR about my entry-exit dates.
I thought my file should be straight forward since we stayed together for 2.5 yrs in India, 200+ marriage pictures, call history, post marriage trips itinerary & hotel stays etc.

It has been really tough times for past 14 months & counting ...
I have been to India twice for total 30 days.

Now my worry is my PR will be expiring in Oct & I stayed only 400 days as of now, can CHC deny a visa on that ground?
What should be the next steps?

Canada Entry date - May 2013
Medical Date - 16-Aug-2013
Sponsorship Application Date -Sept 2013
AOR Date - 13-Sept
Passport request - 22-Oct-2013
ADR (Entry-Exit dates) - 10-Jun-2014
PR Expiry - 14-Oct-2014

you have proven that your relationship is genuine by sending pictures and staying in india for 2.5 years but if your PR card expires then I am not sure how would they approve your wife's PR visa..what is puzzling is that CIC approved your part of sponsorship knowing that your PR card is expiring soon...now you have to show that even though you have not met the PR requirements, you have a good job, settled down in Canada (if you had bought a house then it shows more proof that you intend to settle down for good) and rest is left to them...but one thing is certain don't stay a day longer after your PR card expiration then you become illegal then there would problems later...but if they approve your wife's PR visa then you can claim that this will break the family if they cannot extend your PR.....maybe you can consult a lawyer (free legal clinics are available in major cities) in Canada and get some suggestions...

Medical Troubles
Has anyone here been sent a confession email from ndvo saying they have lost/not received your medicals eleven months in? The hospital insists they have sent the results and cannot send again. Apparently they do not keep a copy of results for this long. NDVO says they have received none and is asking for proof - I only have a UMI number and the 'proof' - a piece of paper with the UMI number and identifying info has already been sent to New Delhi along with the complete application package back in September 2013.

I'm pregnant and cannot take the full re medicals again until a few months later.

Any mothers here who had done medicals when pregnant! Is it okay if we do not take an X Ray ?

How does NDVO treat medical tests with respect to pregnant women?

don't rely on ecas status..sometimes ecas still shows 'application received' even after receiving visa...when does your medicals expire?
