14 Months wait and Now all I received is a Letter saying I am not entitled for Visa under spouse sponsor category because Interview officer (Real Diane) is not Convinced with the proofs I submitted. If the proof were not sufficient then they should have refused in canada? why they approved my wife as sponsor and sent my file to India? and Why the another 12 months wait for interview?
By the way I submitted
Marriage certificate from Arya samaj mandir, marriage certificate issued by reGistrar of Delhi, wifes religion and name conversion certificate, photos, honeymoon trip tickets, 3 years whats app history, 3 years phone bill, 2 years skype call history, email from 2008 till 2014, gift receipts, gift photos.
& She was saying your relation is not genuine as your family was not present at the time of marriage and your mother will never approve her as your wife because she is older than you..!!
I thought canadian belives on living their own life but not orthodoxs life and insult somebody saying your wife is older and you will have medical issue one day with her. Wow
That's who I faced as my interview officer
We were already going through hell, last time I saw my wife in Jan 2013 (18 months ago) & the relationship is getting worse day by day and almost done. I thought everything will be fine once we are together but again we cannot because visa is refused.
That interview officer had no brain to see that we both married first time, we are in relation since 4 years, we talk 2-3 hours daily but because she is older then me which means relationship is not genuine..
. I wish NDVO works little productive.
