This is a surprise (obviously a pleasant one). Your transfer date being 22nd Jan. also shows that NDVO works on files as per files get transferred to Delhi.
Seems like you are set to break the fastest visa approval record for Y2013

Hey vikas this is really a surprising msg with new hope. Anyway congratulations. I think they r about to begin November applications.probably they wil work on nov and dec together since thr r only 250 Nov applications.

Question for you guys:

My wife got DM status this weekend and will hopefully receive her passport soon. Would it be any problem if she stops in Dubai for 2-3 days to meet a close relative on her way to Canada? Would it raise any sort of issue when she makes her immigration final in Canada? Do they ask any questions? Do they require her to come to Canada directly, without visiting any other country in the middle, from India?

It would be great if someone could answer this question. Thanks.

As per the spreadsheet, the passports have already been requested for nov and dec applicants (except 4-5). I wonder how are they different from the rest of 2013 applicants?

It won't be a problem at all, she can travel anywhere, and usually they dont ask any questions related to previous travel. but if they do just be honest...

You are a sep applicant and your file is in IP since 11th june, you should have got DM by now, is your medicals expiring soon or are there any red flags on your file?

NDVO has not sent any passport request to any Nov onwards applicants, the people who sent their passports are the one's who got confused the the general AOR email that NDVO sends
