I knew this for a month, the way they instantly started october, I knew they are just doing a formality to pretend they are very efficient, they will pick few cases from all months and do it very fast and report to higher authority they are done with 2013 and all pending cases are fishy and they need time to analyze. its just a smart move.

Yeah it looks like they are saving their a**es and may not come back to us anytime soon. And we may soon be in another queue. Can anyone suggest if I should do an MP enquiry at this time or go for the GCMS notes?

thats really great work...keep it going apart from spreadsheet this is gud thing to see all the info ..update it every week or 2...

I am also oct app but no updates after ADR still applicatiopn received.

Thanks.....Im not making any decision for notes....just waiting till Aug beginning, so as to know the trend for Nov applicants.....What is ur idea for notes?
Congrats Vikas...did ur wife get ppr? pls keep posting as nov-dec processing might differ coz of ppr at later stage...

yes my wife did get the PPR. i had received a letter asking for passport, PCC and landing fee on 22nd jan, but i was planning on applying for my wifes TRV so i didn't send the Passport for next 20 days. then i received another letter in same format on 8th feb but this one didnt ask for passport.
After my wife's TRV got refused i sent them the passport based on first letter.

NDVO has not sent any passport request to any Nov onwards applicants, the people who sent their passports are the one's who got confused the the general AOR email that NDVO sends

Actually this is not the case. I am a December applicant and i had received PPR

these days ndvo gave all of us different kinds of shocks. .

yup.. neither me nor my wife is in habit of checking ECAS. its was painful to see Application received everytime. but this time out of the blue, she checked and it had changed. we dont even know when did they change on ECAS

I did the same question a week back and the reply was 55-56 days on an average which means 2 months approx.. i just don't believe this.

So 55 days are over for me today ,no updates till now. don't even feel like checking my Ecas status. Inadequate system of working.

It is confusing me, I'm nov 6 2013 applicant, they requested my passport in feb 1st 2014, I'm not Indian, I'm from Afghanistan but student here, they kept the passport for more than 6 months, then today I got back my passport without Visa or any other litter to explain why they have sent back my passport!!! and even no email or updates in my profile!!
Good to be mentioned that we have submitted all the necessary docs, proves, and Medical Result along with the application in nov/6/2013 then they send passport request in which was written that we request the passport for the cases which are ready for visa issuing !!!
Is there any body to tell me what does this mean???

Hi Qiyam,

It's really weird how NDVO is working on our Cases, I am guessing they made a mistake to request the Passport initially and per their new way of handling these applications they can't keep your passport on file unless it's ready for Visa Issuance.

We started processing your application on July 9th.
I am a December 03 applicant

Congratulations. It gives all of us a hope that anybody may get a news any time. NDVO proves that they are unpredictable. Wish you a speedy DM.
