I m not sure but they send d letter to dat address which u fill in ur application form...like which address shows in ur ecas status--mailing address..

but whats wrong u done ur interview in may..after dat ur status changed to IP or not..? and didn't u received any remedical request. .?

As per CIC record, NDVO has received more than 5150 applications in 2013 for spouse visas.
November applicants are the least amount , then Dec and Oct applicants are on number third in the queue. I really hope they are working on their best and will finish the Oct applicants very soon. : : : : : : :

Ok, eCase shows my New Delhi address so this means I am going to receive letter. No I haven't heard anything from them, no email nothing. Status shows AR and interview scheduled for ..... No third line.
The lady who interviewed me was really unfair with no heart. I am sure she refused my application so in order to appeal further I need that letter.

First of all i would like to say that ppl here in this forum r here to help, share information abt their case. I was born in Canada so u do not need to tell me what is right or wrong or wat kinda ppl shud go to Canada. Who are you to judge? So missy, hold ur horses, there is no discrimination or racism if we just describe the person who took the interview. There r many ppl in this forum has obviously said "it was a white guy, black guy, indian women, sikh guy who took their interview. So wat is wrong in that. It just gives heads up incase they bum into same person for interview.

I personally think there is not discrimination or racism if we describe how they look or what their skin color, race is. It is just a phrase to say it.

U were born in Canada? What are you doing on this forum then?

ohh don't worry dear...if u hv not heard anything yet so may b it will a gud sign bcoz as I see d trend of dis forum if unfortunately someones visa denied then there status changed to DM in a few days..so don't lose hope. ..

I was right , when i had said almost one month ago that NDVO has received almost 4000 applications in 2013 for spouse visas. It was very pungent for some forum member to believe on me what i had said.

I don't remember who was dat forum members...but now don't start again guys about dis topic. ..there is already so many arguments here....

I request to specially vijendre_rana,, aroundwrd99,,wearethe11...plz guys stop it..dis forum is to help one another not fight each other all d time. ..we all are Indian's first after dat Canadian...so don't spoil d atmosphere of dis forum. ..

Not sure what to say .. anyways thanks for putting smile on me. Usually they send remedical email within a week or 2 but now its more than a month and I haven't heard anything.

ok... here we go. An OMG moment for us. It says "Decision Made" for my wife's application!
We had IP since June 19. I hope this means a positive decision, since we didn't get any call/email/letter from NDVO since Passport request.

Congrats. The OMG flow started. Wish you a happy married life. Await the Visa. Wish your postman delivers it faster.

Agree with RK , status has to change to decision made before you recieve anything from them . It's not how big of smile you left on visa officers face at the end of interview,they only need answers to address their concerns. Since visa officer didn't mention anything like denying or refusal , you should get positive reply .
What day was your interview ?

VISA officer was very rude and all she had was concerns about my relation & she really didn't look into our chat history, phone bills, hours and hours we spend talking on skype. All she was concern was my wife is older than me, why parents were not at marriage? etc etc

My medical expired on Mar 10th and pcc on mar 15th.
My interviews was on May 27th, its now more than a month.

do not worry about the increase in the Sep files as it is now water under the bridge. 109 or 371, NDVO is almost done with Sep or going to be almost done.

I understand it is disappointing to see 342, 247 and 301 for the remainder of 2013 but not to worry- It is far less than all the previous months like June, July, August etc and even then people got their visas in the 8-9 month timeframe.

I think all Sep applicants will be done in a week's time and 75% of Oct will be done by Mid July and 50% of Nov by end July.

Stay positive. Let us all collectively keep thinking positive like this so that it affects NDVO.

DO NOT BE BROKEN. YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO BE BROKEN FOR THIS. Remember- when the going gets tough, the tough gets going. I ORDER YOU, SOLIDER- GET UP GET UP NOW AND MARCH....MARCH FORWARD DAMMITTTTTTT....UTTO JAWAN..UTTTTTOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO JAWAN....

On serious note, often in life, we go by what is presented to us by the world and think that THAT is the world and start making assumptions off of it. For eg: here, we are going off the numbers presented by CIC and are panicking. What we need to understand is- we need to focus on the fact they are working on Sep end and early oct applications and going by past trend, even when June July had 600+ applications, they got it done in 1 months or 45 days at max. So let us not get bogged by the titbits of info we are scrapping from here and there and keep our collective positive thoughts focused on the big picture- PP with VISA coming.

And dont worry- this is like every other milestone in life- befoire marriage, it was tension 'oh when will i get married, boo hoo...waaaah..mummy daddy,,i dont care i jjst want to be married all my friends are married,...i dont care waaaah''; now it is 'i want visaaaaaaaaaaaaa'; after that, 'i want a babyyyyyyyyyy, waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah Bhagwan why are u so unkind to me'; then 'i want my child to be good in school,,,why is he/she failing all subjects,,,bhagwann why are u so unkind,. waaaaaaaaaaaaaah'...
