Jun month itself Oct files will be taken up, some files may go in process stage. July Month will see many Oct files cleared and some Nov files. In Aug month we will see the file clearance of pending Aug and Sep files. September month nov and Dec file will be cleared partly and fully by October month. This is based on the current speed. Some allowance is given for student rush for visa. All the best

Sunsweet, Why would Nov and Dec files be cleared in August?

The statistics what they gave is for the period October to September which means they submit to parliament or some higher ups data for that period. The performance of visa office is to be measured in quantity cleared, less pending, less overdue cases. To achieve or to over achieve they have to clear files upto DM stage faster and maximum by Aug.
1. To reduce the overdue they said/ declared 13 month process time. What we observe is less. They clear files less time than the declared process time. Good statistic
2. They cleared old pending files To reduce the number of pending files.
3. They target to clear by Aug , maximum number of 2013 files so upto Dec files are to be cleared
4. Sep to be reserved for clearing the left out cases problem cases and a few 2014 cases to reduce the process time less than 12 months.
This is what I perceive as they do not give any attention to Updating frequently as they used to do earlier and they update data once in a week. Even they kept the despatch department weak. Probably updating and despatching is done by an individual causing us a lot of tension as this area does not figure in their performance analysis.

Don't sed ur passport unless they request...Or we can go for GCMS notes to see whether there is any PPR...Also one Nov 6 applicant named Qiyam was asked for Passpoert in Feb 2014....When was ur application received? What do you think of notes> Let me know.

crows, buffaloes, stars and old lady were right..it is OMG moment...ecas shows 'decision made'..thanks everyone for all your support and wish everyone waiting for status change (but especially all the remaining may 2013 and earlier applicants) get it today...

Palaki my lawyers is constantly telling me not to apply for notes coz it delays the process.dont know if she s right or wrong..but yes she told me to wait till 2nd week of July..I vl call her in the end of this month and let u know wat she said.U suggest if you have any better idea..
