the following members were from Nepal

according to august27applicant post the following timeline
1. AOR August 27th, 2013
2. PP Request Oct 2013
3. IP May 29, 2014
4. DM June 6, 2014

then he wrote that he got passport on June 9, 2014..so it takes one week to get passport...

do a search for the above mentioned applicants and see their posts

If you are allowed to rob a bank, if you are successful you take the money, and if you are caught at worst you won't get the money and government promise you won't serve any jail time and infact if you are caught you can just walk away smiling in front of police, there will not be any punishment for the robbery successful or failure....will you do the robbery??ok not you but how about most of the people in this scenario, do you think they won't try atleast.

Are you comparing spousal sponsorship (or may be MOC) to robbing a bank Neha?

Actually your question brought another interesting idea to my mind. Federal Government should take all the refused cases to the court, and either grant them visa for genuine relationship or punish them for this 'crime'. This should lower the MOC cases and rest of us will get speedy visa

I will not rob a bank because there is nothing macho/ brave in holding up a poor teller girl who has never done anything wrong in her life and forcing her to go through a trauma. I would rather rob a mafia underworld casino.....
