Working with slow pace buddy, have patience at this speed looking at end July....

if they took 2 months for august applicants where 400+ applicants were there they shud finish september in 15 days ( 100 applicants).

then why july end ..ideally shud be done in june end or july first week :-\ :-\ :-\ :'( :'(

Ha ha ha....very optimistic Pooja would love to see that happening but NDVO never works on our expectations, better to lower expectations in order to not get hurt...Thinking of going to Himalayas for a month....will return when they ready for us....driving me crazy.

You might already have it....check your junk mails or request of Ppr or PCC....check again...they don't keep medicals till the end.

Hello Guys,
I got married in New Delhi in 2013, my wife hired a lawyer from Canada to fill up my application properly and add what it requires.
They have sent my application to the immigration office and the Immigration office received my complete application in November 6/2013.
Then about five months ago the immigration office mailed me and asked my passport for further processing and visa issuance, I sent the passport and they confirmed receipt of the passport in Feb 1st 2014,but from that time yet I have not any updates and even no reply to my emails which I had sent them!
My application statues says that " we received your application in November 6 2013" the other update is this "Medical Result is received." nothing more.
It's good to be mentioned that We have submitted the Medical Result, Police Clearance Certificate, and all the other necessary docs along with the application, so the application was complete.
I'm just wonder that why yet I couldn't get Visa or any other new Updates!!
Is there any one to give me some information and share their guess and Ideas about my case?

Getting worried now , it takes 7-12 days to recieve passport after DM if visa approved . If not it takes 30-45 days for the letter . I am well passed 7-12 days mark , but only hope is few members mentioned if goes to 'in process' before DM then it's positive . But not sure if it's a fact .

Have u checked with your local post office...

you did all the things you should do - sending passport; medicals; pcc etc...now wait for a while as they haven't started processing nov 2013 applicants yet...currently they are processing mostly august 2013 files....if your status is not 'in process' you may want to contact your MP; apply for notes to see if an interview has been recommended...as for not getting updates, you won't get any from NDVO...you can check your ecas to see if they have updated your status...i am surprised that they have acknowledged receiving your passport.... somebody over there who is dedicated to work (probably a contractor) must have sent you an acknowledgement...

seriously man dats so ridiculous jan applicants still waiting. ...one of my friend who's march applicant.last Sept got his visa...now he is planning to visit his family for few days...

Hahaha... He is planning to visit his family in India & we are hoping to meet our Best half in canada.......
