Hello Buddy

NDVO is still on august and all the previous outstanding files. except one sep applicant got DM today, so seems like they have started picking Sep files. but no update on october

"Chatwant" is a November applicant &
today "loving" got visa stamped and he is a september applicant,,,just 2nd applicant from september who got visa.
for sure october has not been started, but i really hope they start sooner.

WOW- That is great news

Chatwant- Congratulations, Looks like you defied all logic with NDVO. You are probably the first Nov applicant to get visa.

Hi Guys..I am a 2014 applicant and i need ur experience. My wife called this morning and told me we got our second AOR from NDVO. ;D They requested her the following documents to be send immediately (IF NOT ALREADY PAID)
1) RPRF(Right of Permanent Residents Fee)
2) Police clearance certificate

So i have paid both of them before. Do i need to communicate with them or leave it becz it a computer generated mail ?? guide me plz

Better if you can respond back with appropriate cover letter, stating the 2 items has already been submitted and also enclose the proofs for the same.
Don't take any chances with NDVO dons

Hi, guys need a help ASAP, do they send separate medical forms for the dependent as well? Cause I received a medical form where they have only mentioned my name? Or they ony send for the main applicant? Pls clearify on the basis of ur experience. Will really appreciate...

it all depends on how far are you in the process..if it is finishing stage and your medicals expiring soon then you will be asked if you can leave before the medical expiry but if they have not started reviewing your file or you have been slated for an interview then it is anybody's guess when you will receive it....if notes tells you 'nothing started yet' it does not mean you will miss the medicals expiry and everything gets delayed..in my case 'nothing started' for 11 months and all of a sudden 'interview required' and by the time they figured out the interview date, medicals expired...

what is the shortest time one gets a visa after remedicals? and longest time? mine shows 'in process' for the past one month..speaking of 'in process' do they start working on files as soon as interview is over or wait until remedicals submitted...and what does 'in process' in my case means? are they doing background checking (like criminal and security?) now?..file was not opened for 11 months and I would hope they would have done the criminal and security checking by then....inquiry mind wants to know the mysteries of NDVO (more mysterious than Harry Potter novels)....
